Pros:

Okolica spokojna, miejscówka dobrze wyposażona - można samemu przygotowywać posiłki, szafa dość przestronna.

Cons:

Gdzieniegdzie można było zauważyć pojedyncze włoski sierści psa lub kota. Instalacja kanalizacyjna w łazience na dole nie jest wystarczająco wyizolowana akustycznie (kiedy w łazience na piętrze ktoś spuszcza woda, to bardzo słychać).
