From the moment we arrived the host family were warm and welcoming, and we loved our competitive uno games! The location was tranquil, the food was incredible and the soft trekking tour was great fun!! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Desde el minuto 1 nos sentimos parte de la familia. Un ambiente muy cercano desde que llegamos. Ojalá volver algún día… 🫂

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und haben sich sehr bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt bestmöglich zu gestalten. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch am Rande eines Reisfeldes.

Schöner ruhiger Homestay in ländlicher Gegend, authentischer Vibe, super nette zuvorkommende Gastgeber, leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen, viele tolle Touren im Angebot
Zimmerausstattung minimalistisch aber völlig ausreichend
Zudem wurde uns sogar spontan ein Roller zur Miete organisiert

i can recommend the Monkey Forest and Waterfall tours and especially the village Tour. Would have loved to do the cooking class, but I didn't have enough time.

Location is great, its other edge of town and walking distance to everything you need. The young guy in the family will look after you and make a lovely banana pancake for breakfast.

We received a warm welcome on arrival, and told to relax and enjoy a cuppa before going to our rooms. The homestay is located among the wider family’s house so you really get an insight into culture and living here. Most of my interactions were with Aldi, who was home from his studies for a week. He made sure we were always looked after, always offered a drink and he accompanied us on a tour of the local waterfall and villages. Aldi shared lots of information on culture in Tetebatu and Lombok which I really appreciated.

As in previous reviews, nothing was pushed on us we were welcome to have a look at the available tours they offered, and choose whether to eat at the homestay or not. The food here is really affordable and good. I had the noodle soup which was generous and a papaya curry which was even more generous! The village where the homestay is is small but ever so friendly. We were greeted everytime we walked passed someone and in shops had long conversations with local owners. If you like a beer with a view we’d recommend walking to the nearby Cosy Corner (who are also very friendly).

Would absolutely recommend staying here - thanks to Aldi and the family for their hospitality.

Our stay here was amazing, we felt immediately super welcomed by the host family and greatly enjoyed their company. The rooms were comfortable, great value for money. The homestay was located right next to beautiful scenery, would recommend!

Very nice homestay in Tetebatu. You can eat book activities and scooter. The family is very welcoming and the breakfast included is very good !
