Easy, confi and good value for money.
Pros:

The location is very good, walking distance to the centre. Wifi worked perfectly. Shower worked perfectly. Breakfast very good as well.

Cons:

We missed a regular clean of the room. Not very confortable access.

It’s fine. Wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

The property is close to main street so it’s in a good location

Cons:

They only accept cash and they don’t communicate that until the day of check in. Pretty inconvenient and shady to not communicate that ahead of time. If you think the free breakfast is a nice perk forget it. It takes close to an hour to cut some fruit and make an omelette. Two mornings I had to go back to the front and ask where the breakfast was that I ordered over an again just to find out no one was even cooking in the kitchen. I told them to not bother because I had a surf lesson. I came back from the surf lesson in the afternoon and there was a plate of food outside my room completely wasted and covered in bugs. I wish they didn’t waste the food but their English is not good and didn’t understand when I said don’t make it.

Perfect basic room with breakfast included
Pros:

Water, coffee and tea set up outside to use.
Airconditioning working well.
Bathroom outside is cute
The banana pancakes were the best

Cons:

Gravel road to property a bit difficult to walk.
Builders busy at adjacent block (not their fault)
Very old beds with very hard mattresses (2 single beds). No TV

Great option, close to the busy areas but quiet place to chill

A Cute Little Oasis
Pros:

The stay was very nice, and the people who owned the place were a very cute family. The breakfast was lovely, and it was such a nice touch that they brought it to the room in the morning. The coffee wasn’t great, but personally, I just can’t drink filter coffee haha. Still, the whole breakfast was free and clearly made with a lot of love and care, so no complaints there. In general, the whole place felt a little bit like a peaceful oasis. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and everything was clean.

Cons:

When I say clean, I mean clean enough. I think in Southeast Asia you can’t expect everything to be perfectly spotless. The bathroom is partially outdoors, so it’s normal to see a bit of outside life in there as well.

Pros:

The family were extremely friendly and helpful and I extended my stay twice. You have a choice of breakfast every morning. I loved the aspect of the outdoor bathroom and shower, just be warned about the mosquitoes in the rooms.

Cons:

The rooms were very basic, I don’t sleep very well with only a sheet (would have been nice to have a thicker duvet as well). There was construction next door which was often loud in the mornings. I unfortunately didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t very inviting didn’t look very clean. Due to the mosquitoes in the room it would also be nice to have a mosquito net around the bed. During my stay for six nights I also didn’t have my room cleaned once (I didn’t ask so they might’ve offered if I had asked) but I would have maybe expected a room cleaned once or twice.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, das beim Rollerverleih vermittelt.

Cons:

Leider wurde in dem Zimmer mit sehr viel Parfüm gesprüht, was vom Personal gut gemeint war, aber uns sehr gestört hat. Der Geruch ging nach 3 Stunden Lüften dann irgendwann weg. Die Handtücher hatten leider viele Flecken.

Lo que vale la pena de este lugar es el personal y el desayuno.
Pros:

El personal super cálido, nos trataron muy bien y nos ayudaron en todo momento, la ubicación esta perfecta, el desayuno el mejor que nos sirvieron en todo nuestro viaje por el sudeste asiatico (huevos revueltos, tostada (eso normal) pero con un plato GIGANTE de fruta y super variada. También la pileta muy buena y tienen unas pesas que podes usar para entrenar, muy bueno también

Cons:

bueno, varias cosas… en principio el aire no funcionaba muy bien, se corto la luz mas de 5 veces en 5 dias que estuvimos y te morias de calor. El baño es descubierto cosa que si llueve ni podes ir al baño, se llena de bichos, se nos metieron miles de iguanas al cuarto, cucarachas, mosquitos.

Hay una obra en construcción al lado y arrancan temprano y están TODO el día, no podíamos terminar de disfrutar la pileta porque los ruidos eran brutales.
El cuarto no es del todo limpio y mismo te ensucias porque el baño es al descubierto.
