Pros:

The apartment is very clean and tidy, and the balcony has an amazing view. It would be very pleasant to enjoy breakfast at the large dining table on the balcony.

Cons:

There's nothing to complain about; the only thing to be concerned about is driving carefully on the road next to the apartment.
