Обман пожилых хозяев дома . Когда заселился сказал что предполагаю пожить 2 дня . При заселении женщина подвела к доске где цены проживания 130 000 донгов , хотя я на сайте забронировал за 120 000 донгов далее типа еда 150 000 донгов , при мне мужчина он жил до меня кушал эту еду это помои и там рис и трава и мясо практически нет . Я заселялся и ушел гулять когда вернулся поздно вечером хозяева не спросили как дела не предлагали чаю а сразу начали показывать мне смартфоны что мол я не беру мотоцикл у них не заказывал еду и поэтому завтра надо мне уехать и к ним 6 человек приедут . Я пошел в комнату посмотрел сайт букенг ком и там все свободно на след день. Утром я встал и собрался и стал выходить и эти больные жадные люди опять вдвоем на меня с телефонами мол оставайся ни кто не придет сегодня они завтра только . При мне я постоянно когда утром находился в комнате эти пожилые все время орали друг на друга это противно слушать когда ты гость . Внутри дома пользоваться ни чем нельзя холодильник нет , чайника тоже чтобы пить горяч кофе когда я хочу . В комнате стояли грязные бутылки с непонятной когда залитой водой и я спросил нельзя ли чайник мне ответили идите в город там все есть . Ужасные хозяева .Внутри все старое и грязное и находясь живя в одном доме можно хоть раз убраться помыть и раковину и в комнате . Они же веником пять минут сметут и все опять типа ждут гостей . Вроде живут ну такие жадные , нельзя трубы купить 1 метр чтобы сделать слив а то когда в раковине моешь руки вся вода стекает на ноги . Ну это разве достойно хороших отзывов ?

Very welcoming and approachable hosts and nice stay.
Pros:

The family were very nice to chat with and very helpful during our stay. Let us rent a scooter for a couple of hours to see the area. Yummy breakfast.

The owner was really friendly and kind, The home cooked dinner and breakfast was very nice. Only a short walk into town if you need to visit a convenience store. I was motorbiking around vietnam and the lovely owner even gave me some bannanas for my trip.

Die Inhaber sind ein unglaublich nettes Pärchen, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und für einen Aufpreis bekommt man köstliches Abendessen und Frühstück. Man hat außerdem viel Privatsphäre und einen Roller kann man sich auch mieten.

Great price-value and lovely hosts!
Pros:

Probably the best price-value place you could choose in Yen Bai. I arrived by bike in the afternoon and the couple immediately made me feel welcomed. Almost like part od the family!

The room is spacious, pretty clean, and the bed is quite comfortable (not the typical had Vietnamese mattress). There was water provided, Wifi worked fine. There was also AC, a fan and a mosquito net but I didn’t have to use them.

I requested dinner, which was a feast! She cooked all sorts of food. She also packed some rice and eggs for me in a tupper to take away next day. Breakfast was also nice and plentiful.

Thank you for your kindness! If you a looking for a quiet, pleasant stay in Yen Bai, this is your place!

Paid 180VND for the night (Booking), 150VND for dinner and 50VND for breakfast.

Cons:

Of course it’s a “basic” place but has everything you need. It’s pretty clean for Vietnamese standards (floor, bedsheets, etc…) but there’s some dust and stains on the walls, here and there. Nothing alarming though.

Number 1 guesthouse to stay in Yen Bai!
Pros:

Loveliest guesthouse in Yen Bai! The host is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcomed immediately. The room is basic but very comfortable and everything is very clean.

You can order a nice breakfast there for an affordable price and also rent a moto.

Pros:

What you would expect for paying this price, if not more! Plus the loveliest most caring couple run this, had dinner here and it was delicious, the couple even packed the leftovers up for us to take on our journey the next day!

Cons:

The bed was pretty springy so wasn’t the most comfortable! But better than we’ve paid for more money than this.
