UVs Homestay

Although we are unable to stay in UVs Homestay but the Serma madam has arranged in other Hotel ShivMurti that their other property. Everything is really good. Rooms are very good and are big in size The only thing that can be improved is that the kitchen is closed by 9 pm. Very good property value for money.

I like the property which is situated in a big bungalow at main road in Haridwar but still quiet place. It is very well maintained and has staff 24/7 for providing you services. Guest has access to big, well decorated hall, dining area, open porch with sit out area with a view to lush green lawn. Room is also very cozy with AC and study table. Bed linen are very neat and clean. Bathroom is very big with all needed fittings. Host has taken a very keen interest to ensure guest's comfort. Whatever food you would order gets served on the dining table. Host offered variety of homemade pickles from their stocks. They were indeed of very good taste and very invaluable for me.
I would definitely go for this property for my next stay and would recommend to everyone.

This was perfect place for our stay. The team is very friendly and accommodating, which I believe has been instilled by Seema who herself is an excellent hostess, communicator and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and so does her team of Puran, Shivam and the young lady. We had an excellent time and would recommend this place for visiting Haridwar

After booking the accommodation (2 rooms) one month before travel date, I also paid the advance amount within 24 hours as desired by the owner. just 5 days before the staying date, the owner called me to inform that my rooms were not available due to a “plumbing problem”. When I pointed out that I was assigned rooms on different floor so atleast one room should be available, the owner said she wasn’t sure which rooms were affected by the “plumbing problem” so I cannot be given the rooms. This last minute cancellation did cause a lot inconvenience as most of the good hotels and stays were already gone by then.

It is curious though the rooms remained available for the same dates on booking.com as shown in attached image.

Yes, she did offer me alternate arrangement which of course I did not accept - i had booked bungalow home stay because I wanted that experience. If I wanted a flat, I would have initially opted the same.

Very good place to stay..care taker bhuvan is very helping and alwaz around..location is easily accessible ..owner seema mam is very nice and friendly....enjoyed our stay in this homestay..👍😍😍

The room was spacious, with balcony. Though the property was on the main haridwar road this was tucked in few feets from the road and hence completely silent and peaceful. It had a heater in the room, which I have rarely seen in such stays. The staff was very polite and caring. They had laundry facility with lil extra payment, which helped me a lot. The food was great. The location is near to most of the key places you want to visit. Enjoyed my stay. Value for the money paid.
