Pros:

Sehr sauber und guter Service mit kostenlosen Getränken im Zimmer, sehr kleines aber liebevolles Frühstücksbuffet, nah an der Promenade gelegen und auch günstig zum Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich und spricht auch deutsch.

Gut für einen Ferienaufenthalt in Swinemünde
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, leider nur auf polnisch und ukrainisch/russisch. Meine Restschulkenntnisse haben mich gerettet. Großes Zimmer, schönes Bad, alles funktionell. Gutes Frühstück. Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Leider kein abschließbarer Raum für die Fahrräder.

Cons:

Die Toilettenspülung war defekt, der Schaden konnte nicht behoben werden, mussten 2 × umziehen innerhalb einer Übernachtung und konnten die Toilette trotzdem weiter nicht nutzen . Ein Video wurde von der defekten Toilette gemacht und der Manager wurde darüber informiert.
Daraufhin hat der Manager rassistische Äußerungen gegenüber Deutschen gemacht, hat sich lustig über unsere Motorräder gemacht ( 1000er Honda, Triumph T100) , meinte, die blöden Deutschen kommen noch nicht einmal mit einer Harley und sollen in die Türkei oder Albanien verschwinden. Meine Motorrad Jacke wurde auf die Terrasse geschmissen und alles nur, weil der Manager es nicht geschafft hat, die Toilettenspülung in Ordnung zu bringen.
Dieses deutschfeindliche Hotel werden wir auf keinen Fall mehr betreten.In Swinemünde wurden zusätzlich im Einkaufsladen der doppelte Preis abgerechnet! Mit dem Verkäufer bin ich durch die Regale gegangen, habe die Preise zusamnen gerechnet für die 3 Artikel die gekauft wurden und dem Verkäufer die Umrechnung gezeigt. Auch hier wurden wir stehen gelassen und ich habe das Geld nicht wieder bekommen. Nie wieder ....

Super Frühstück!!! Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal!!!!

Cons:

Ich war schon öfter dort und muss sagen, dass Personal ist mit 2 Leuten viel zu wenig. Die machen alles Rezeption,Zimmerservice, Frühstück, Reinigung des kompletten Hauses. Frage mich, wie lange man man das durchhalten kann. Es waren in den letzten Jahren immer 3 Personen da!!!
