Perfect Location
Pros:

Within walking distance to the beach and many amazing restaurants. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Friendly staff, breakfast delicious. Would stay again.

Cons:

Door to bathroom was very heavy and impossible to open and close it quietly. Bathroom seemed to have a constant lingering sewerage smell which was off-putting. No hot water, hand soap or hand towels.

Posizione eccezionale e staff accogliente, ma le camere necessitano di molta più cura.
Pros:

La struttura gode di una posizione davvero eccellente, trovandosi a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia di Hiriketiya, e l'hotel in sé risulta nel complesso carino. Una nota di merito assoluta va allo staff, che si è dimostrato sempre gentile e ha fatto tutto il possibile per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze durante il soggiorno.

Cons:

Purtroppo, l'esperienza all'interno della camera è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative e penalizza molto il giudizio finale. Il letto è decisamente troppo corto: pur non essendo un gigante (sono alto 1,82 m), la testa toccava la testiera e i piedi sporgevano dal materasso di qualche centimetro, rendendo difficile riposare bene. Il bagno è risultato eccessivamente spartano e del tutto privo di acqua calda.
Infine, un aspetto critico su cui la struttura dovrebbe intervenire urgentemente riguarda la zanzariera del letto, che era piena di buchi. Considerata la situazione zanzare in Sri Lanka, avere una rete integra non è un lusso ma una necessità basilare per dormire tranquilli.

This stay was a complete waste of money.
Pros:

It was in a nice location with a good view.

Cons:

Our rooms didn’t have mirrors. Rooms barely had any lights. The locks to the rooms were actual lock with a key not secure. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast the night before so he can go buy the ingredients the next morning. Our whole time there we only saw one employee doing everything. Overall waste of money and not a comfortable experience at all. All the delicious breakfasts they advertise isn’t at all what was given. Our choice was pancakes or omelet and toast.

The best spot in Hiriketiya!
Pros:

The location is perfect! Absolute paradise. We loved every minute and highly recommend it. The view from our room was an absolute treat! Waves crashing while you sleep. Amazing breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. We will be back!

Pros:

Beautiful beeeeautiful property!

Although, we were being tight ass’s and booked the cheaper room, which didn’t have an air conditioning. We pushed through for the first few nights but after 2 nights or terrible sleep, we ask for an upgrade. The staff were very accommodating, and it was no hassle at all.
Don’t be a tight ass like us, book the room with the air con! Sri Lanka is hot!!!

Great Location for Hiriketiya Stay
Pros:

The best thing about this property is the location. It's out of the main drag of Hiriketiya, which is becoming too busy, but it's about 10 paces from the sea on the east side of the bay. This area has nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are very basic but big with a nice verandah to sit out on and see the sea. The beds are comfy with mosquito nets (although with some holes). Friendly staff.

Cons:

Do not order coffee for breakfast. Tea is a safer bet. No fridge in the room. The bathrooms are a little too basic for the price.

Pros:

Gute Lage, ein bisschen weg vom 'Zentrum', am Ende der Bucht, leicht erhöht. Ruhig gelegen.
In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Strand.
Grosses geräumiges Familienzimmer. Gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass alles aus Beton ist, aber eigentlich sehr hygienisch.
Gute bequeme Betten mit gutem Mückennetz.
Affen ziehen vorbei - kann man poitiv oder negativ bewerten, wir fandens eigentlich ganz witzig ausser wenn sie frühmorgens übers Dach rannten oder 1x sogar etwas aus dem Zimmer stibitzten als wir dort waren.

Cons:

Leider immer sehr spätes Frühstück, meistens erst gegen 9h alles bereit. Pancakes sehr fein, dazu Toast+Rührei, soweit ok, nicht berauschend, kein srilankesisches verfügbar.
