Nocleg był u innej właścicielki, niż pierwszy kontakt. Nie był to obiekt Liya, który rezerwowałam, o czym dowiedziałam się przy próbie meldunku.

Toaleta, węzeł sanitarny, umywalka – były w osobnym pomieszczeniu, po przejściu przez taras, nie w pokoju

Aneks kuchenny – brak. W momencie, gdy upomniano się chociaż o czajnik, dostarczono go.

First we had to pay extra money for accomodation - town tax - no info anywhere.
Other thing was parking - before we rented room we saw this accomodation has own parking - nope. Owner told we can park in parking lot without paying (parking fee was cancelled few days before - info from owner). Next day we found ticket from local authority and had to pay fine. So dont trust owner about parking fee or info about parking space.
Other thing - no hot water.

The manager wanted extra 5 eur in cash on arrival for "additional expenses" without prior notice or consent.

There is no free public parking at all in the town although it is announced on the apartment's website. One hour of parking costs 3,5 €.

The manager gave me a piece of many times folded suspicious A4 paper "as she said - the parking permit" with some unrellevant data that I should have put on the windscreen.

It did not look as an official document or parking permit at all.

I ended up paying 10 eur for parking on the public space overnight to avoid paying a fine and left early in the morning.

Parking is 15 min (1 km) of tiresome walk from the property. The host said that parking near was expensive and that she was not rich, in a very rude tone.
The house has a kitchen on the ground floor, a room with a small balcony on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a terrace on the top. The stairs are very narrow and steep, not suitable for small kids. It’s not easy to carry things up and down the stairs either. Everything can be heard between the rooms on all three floors (toilet, shower).
The host resides and sleeps in the kitchen. If she's not in the kitchen, she's waiting in front of the doors of the house, or she’s sitting on the balcony on the 1st or 2nd floor. The host was correcting the way I opened the water pipe in the kitchen, saying it was too strong and loud. We were whispering inside the house, feeling that we were bothering her.
The terrace on the top floor can be used, said the host. But she also rents it out, so it can't be used in the mornings/evenings, when guests are there.
The room didn’t have proper beds, but 2 sleeping couches, which were very uncomfortable.
The host was constantly emphasizing her expenses, making our stay more uncomfortable.
There's a washing machine which the host said it can be used (she said: bring the clothes and I will wash it). We wanted to wash clothes for the 2nd time, but she became very upset, saying that she wasn’t stupid, that it’s not a hotel and that is expensive. I said that this should be clear in advance, but the host became extremely rude. She said that I was not intelligent, that this was her house, and that we needed to leave her house before the Booking official checkout time (we had to leave until 8 am). This wasn't easy for us, specially with a 5 year old child who we needed to wake up very early during holidays.
