房間整潔安靜比一般飯店都好，浴室乾濕分離不會濕搭搭，有電梯方便行李搬運，停車方便，老闆服務超好，值得推薦

（1）從入住第一天就感受到老闆非常地熱情，雖然一早還不能入住，但可以寄放行李，老闆在打掃完房間就會直接幫你把行李放去房間，所以完全不用擔心出去玩還要帶著行李或怕行李不見😊回來就能在舒服的房間休息了。
（2）身為外地旅客來臺東玩，知道的景點和美食也就那幾個，但跟老闆討論你的旅程可以讓你更加大開眼界，而且每天都會玩得很充實，回民宿已經累炸的那種，我們只出住宿費但還能得到旅遊規劃優化的服務，真的很值得👍期待下次去又能得到更多元的旅遊資訊！
（3）民宿無論內部裝潢、舒適度、整潔度乃至服務態度，最高100分的話，我一定給101分，因為像最近下雨，住客一定都會穿雨衣，安全帽也會濕，但房間都有陽台可以晾曬，進室內也會準備好拖鞋讓住客能夠避免著外鞋進入影響地板整潔。房間內有梳妝臺、衣架、電視、小沙發等基本配備完全，浴室除了個人的牙刷牙膏也都很齊全！床非常地舒服，每天玩累了洗好澡一躺就超容易睡著💤插座孔很多也不必擔心跟朋友要輪流充電🔋
（4）雖然房間沒有小冰箱，但樓下廚房知會老闆一聲就可以將需冷藏的食物或飲料冰進去，而且住客都是很有品質的不會去亂動別人的東西。客廳也有一些小零食供住客取用，深夜肚子餓可以拿來解解饞😋電梯民宿對暫時行動不便的我來說也非常友善，因為有電梯，免去了爬樓梯的辛苦。
（5）老闆很健談，給予的旅遊建議也都很實用，受惠良多，怎麼玩怎麼逛，該不該玩，建不建議去都會直話直說地告訴你，而且民宿的規矩都很可以接受，維護良好的居住品質，甚至出門回來老闆在客廳都會熱情地出來迎接，真的很喜歡有家的感覺🏡
（6）如果不介意住離市區遠一點點，然後想要住到CP值高的民宿，這家已經成為了我心目中的首選，下次來的話沒意外一樣會住這家，入住這裡感受到的不只是熱忱的服務態度跟住宿的舒適感，還有滿滿的人情味跟方便性！

Cons:

（1）因為同行的同住友人有反應半夜容易被蚊子叮咬，不知道老闆有沒有方法可以室內驅蚊，因為我自己半夜有時候好像也會因為感覺到瘙癢而醒來又睡下，當然這個只是小問題，基本上不影響我們的住宿品質😊
（2）另一個小小問題就是，另一個同行同住友人有反應飲水機的水喝起來感覺很生，不知道是臺東本地水質就是這樣還是單純我們喝不習慣，不過沒關係，因為我們都會自己去買水或備水，所以比較不會用到飲水機，但我自己喝過之後也是覺得不太習慣😅

空間寬敞舒適也有提供嬰兒床跟澡盆.1台車停車位可以登記使用 很推推推！價格以週六來說簡直便宜到不行 下次還會再來住
