Well worth a visit
Pros:

Great riverside location with friendly host and staff
Really nice traditional Thai room , atmospheric and well maintained.
Outside areas charming with plenty of comfortable seating .
Great garden

Cons:

This has nothing to do with the property . But if you decide to walk into the historical site do not access through the first walking pathway just up from the property, use the roadways to get beyond the initial sections . There is a nice tree lined roadway by which to go . The footpaths and bridges in the early section are not being maintained and in poor state of repair

Enchanté par cet hôtel magnifique, dans un style typiquement thai dans la résidence en teck ! Chambre spacieuse et climatisée. Personnel très attentif et accommodant. Jardin luxuriant sur le chao praya.

Lovely riverside vibe.
Pros:

Fantastic riverside location. Easy to hire a tuk tuk to see all the main sites of the old city. Spacious, clean room. Nice simple breakfast made to order. There is no restaurant (just a coffee shop) attached to the hotel itself but there is a fantastic restaurant 5 mins walk away - Sala.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Keep in mind it's more of a guest house than a regular hotel so not a permanent reception in operation but that's not a problem.

It was a marvelous place to stay, definately recommend it!
Pros:

It is a stunning traditional Thai house with eye for details, it has a lovely garden and a wonderful terrace facing the river and a temple.

Cons:

The room on the street side was a bit noisy, but the super kind staff immediately arranged another room and that was perfect and quiet.

Peaceful, relaxing and close to everything you want to see/do in Ayutthaya
Pros:

The property is located on a main road but set back so you don’t hear any street noise. The gardens, which also overlook the river, are beautifully maintained, very quiet and peaceful and especially lovely as a breakfast setting. Our room (Western style) was large, comfortable and private. Breakfasts are simple but delicious with also plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, cereal in addition to the cooked breakfast. Water and soft drinks along with snacks (sweet and savoury) are complimentary in the room and topped up each day. Lots of great eating places within walking distance and centrally located to a lot of Wats (temples). Danni was extremely helpful and staff are lovely. Added bonus is the cafe on the premises so you don’t need to go far for delicious fresh cake and coffee.

Heerlijk luuks!
Pros:

Prachtige ruime kamers. Heerlijke rustige sfeer.
Ontbijt was vers en heerlijk! De café was erg lekker voor een lunch bij de rivier. De locatie was goed. De conciërge heeft een tuk tuk geregeld en we konden de hele dag op stap zonder om ons zorgen te maken.

Cons:

Het was niet heel duidelijk wat je wel en niet mocht nemen van de minibar. Achteraf mochten we niet alleen de water drinken maar ook de rest.
