Super nice
Pros:

Phenomenal treatment by the owner Marina, who'll collect you from the airport for a very reasonable price even at night. Large, furbished room and bathroom, clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The only problem is not with the hotel but with the location - Fiumincino is very bad transport-wise. Much easier to ask the owner to drive you back to the airport and manage from there. Will save you a lot of trouble.

A very wonderful and hospitable hostess.
Excellent location – 10 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Clean and comfortable room with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The room opens onto a large terrace, perfect for relaxing with family in the evening or morning.
Spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Everything is clean and well-maintained.

Pros:

Ми брали сімейний номер з балконом. Господиня запропонувала трансфер з аеропорту за додаткову плату - це було доречним, оскільки з аеропорту у Ф'юмічіно громадським транспортом добиратися незручно і довго. Також ми змогли заселитися вранці, одразу по прильоту. Поруч був один з пляжів - 10 хв пішки, та супермаркет - 5 хв. Також добре, що була тераса.

Cons:

Досить тісно для 4 гостей, два двоспальні ліжка практично стоять впритик одне до одного. Рятувала тераса, на якій ми снідали та вечеряли. Можливості готувати їжу немає, лише розігріти.
