Cons:

This is a home in a very run down area far from downtown. The cab driver said the area was not safe. The owners try to rent the rooms separately, but you then have to share the place with total random strangers. Thery should rent the whole place to one person or group at a time. Very clean, but the air conditioning unit, a mini split, dripped onto the bed in the “big” bedroom.

location not clear - the gate was shut so we had to go inside a property that might have been private, downstairs tap not working, bidet in bedroom toilet not working, no locks on front doors, coffee machine but no coffee provided, washing machine but no detergent / softener provided, no clear instructions for wifi or washing machine so had to message owner (never got a response re washing machine), no swimming pool even though one is listed, some lights not working, some door knobs missing in kitchen, dryer doesn’t dry clothes and can’t even hang clothes to dry because the hangars are old and peeling

I've done only one time
Pros:

The place is very private

Cons:

The exterior of the residence looks like an abandoned house, and the doors can't locked, the place quite dangerous. There are not many people around the residence

Comfortable but needs some attention

There were too many things which needed attention and nothing fixed our whole stay of thirteen days

Kitchen cutlery was sparse ,,,,there was not one water glass available ..there was only one coffee cup available ,which was absurd as there were two upscale coffee makers available .the kitchen sink constantly dripped quite a lot of water …the sink tap was nearly falling off ..the tv in the living room didn’t work even though we contacted our agent about it …the sheets were torn in places ….pillows were lumpy and flat .we had to buy 3 new ones plus pillow cases …there was no information available regarding how to get wifi so we had to call..there was no key available to lock the front door so for our whole stay of 13 days the downstairs quarters were unlocked!….downstairs bathroom had not been cleaned!
