A lovely, relaxing break in fabulous accommodation.
Pros:

Fabulous accommodation. Room and en suite was immaculate and lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as a mini fridge with milk, 2 mini wines, 2 bottles of beer and 2 pkts of Maltesers. There was even 2 porridge pots and bananas and a lovely coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch. Joanne was so friendly, helpful and welcoming and gave us some tips on where to eat. Highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Parking could possibly be an issue but we found a space in the street and it wouldn’t put us off a return visit as such a lovely stay.

Pros:

Not too far from the beach, very clean and tidy. Owner was lovely and very welcoming with a lovely welcome gift in the mini bar. Highly recommend staying here and will defo go back in the future if we revisit the local area

A comfortable place for two not too far from the beach
Pros:

The room was on the upper floor, comfortable for two people. The owner was very helpful on arrival and throughout the stay.

Cons:

The room is on the upper floor and through some steep steps, was not a big problem but needs to be mentioned. There is a bit of a walk to the beach and the shops

A very enjoyable and happy two days
Pros:

This does not include breakfast as the venue was so close to local eating establishments we were not concerned.

The quality and comfort of the accommodation was such together with the friendliness and hospitality of the proprietor and her husband made for a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

We do not think anything could have been better. One of the best venues we have ever stayed at.

Was apprehensive when booking at the same price as a hotel but the location was brilliant.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Rooms clean and really well supplied. Bathroom enticing.

Cons:

Pillows. One was rock hard

Absolutely fabulous!
Pros:

This place is amazing. It's one of the best places we have stayed at! From the moment of checking in to the moment of checking out. The great little touches being wine and beers in the fridge, fresh milk, chocolate, tea coffee and hot chocolate! The bed was super comfortable and very clean I can't fault a thing! That's coming from someone that's very fussy when it comes to cleanliness!! We will definitely return. Also great location. The hosts John and Joanne were lovely too.

Perfect
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, great location, 2 minutes walk to shops and beach. Lovely family run establishment. Very thoughtful complimentary items, some of which we enjoyed while watching the sunset at Viking Bay.
We would highly recommend and will certainly be using again.

Nothing. There was nothing to dislike.

We would have no reservations about recommending this accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent location and breakfast was very adequate as were other comestibles. The room was made available well ahead of our expected arrival time so we were able to settle in very quickly. The owners were friendly and helpful. Every detail was professionally delivered.

Lovely room, near to town with very good hosts.
Pros:

Lovely room and ensuite bathroom with very helpful and attentive hosts. Very close to town but in a quiet residential road.

Cons:

Lovely to have your own fridge freezer but in a very quiet room it was a bit noisy when it switched on and off.
