A very enjoyable and happy two days
Pros:

This does not include breakfast as the venue was so close to local eating establishments we were not concerned.

The quality and comfort of the accommodation was such together with the friendliness and hospitality of the proprietor and her husband made for a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

We do not think anything could have been better. One of the best venues we have ever stayed at.

Was apprehensive when booking at the same price as a hotel but the location was brilliant.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Rooms clean and really well supplied. Bathroom enticing.

Pillows. One was rock hard

Absolutely fabulous!
Pros:

This place is amazing. It's one of the best places we have stayed at! From the moment of checking in to the moment of checking out. The great little touches being wine and beers in the fridge, fresh milk, chocolate, tea coffee and hot chocolate! The bed was super comfortable and very clean I can't fault a thing! That's coming from someone that's very fussy when it comes to cleanliness!! We will definitely return. Also great location. The hosts John and Joanne were lovely too.

Perfect
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, great location, 2 minutes walk to shops and beach. Lovely family run establishment. Very thoughtful complimentary items, some of which we enjoyed while watching the sunset at Viking Bay.
We would highly recommend and will certainly be using again.

Cons:

Nothing. There was nothing to dislike.

We would have no reservations about recommending this accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent location and breakfast was very adequate as were other comestibles. The room was made available well ahead of our expected arrival time so we were able to settle in very quickly. The owners were friendly and helpful. Every detail was professionally delivered.

Lovely room, near to town with very good hosts.
Pros:

Lovely room and ensuite bathroom with very helpful and attentive hosts. Very close to town but in a quiet residential road.

Cons:

Lovely to have your own fridge freezer but in a very quiet room it was a bit noisy when it switched on and off.

Centrally placed easy rooms
Pros:

Room stuffed with thoughtful extras, Jo helpful and comms good. near to the middle of the town.

Cons:

Parking is hard work, busy week for the folk festival, but probably always like that.

A perfect place to stay in Broadstairs
Pros:

Very comfortable and fitted out to a very good standard. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated to find complimentary fruit, drinks, snacks and breakfast porridge. We felt very well looked after.

Wonderful stay in beautiful tranquil surroundings!
Pros:

The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable with a wonderful selection of treats plus drinks available. Every aspect of the accommodation was thoughtfully provided for making it a relaxing stay from start to finish! The hosts clearly went out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout the visit. Wish we could have stayed longer but hope to return next year or sooner! The location is ideal for events and close to a good selection of restaurants. Highly recommend it!
