Dort nicht wieder
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Fenster.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war schlecht gereinigt. Ein Zimmer hat derart gestunken, dass meine Familie sich geweigert hat, dort zu schlafen. In den Schränken waren Erdnuss-Flipreste bzw. angefangene Kinderschokoladen verteilt. Auch gut gebrauchte Badelatschen (leider zu klein) waren auf einem Schrank hinter Kunstblumen versteckt und eine nur wenig genutzte Zahnbürste im Badschrank. Die Inneneinrichtung war lieblos und amateurhaft ausgebaut: Wasserhähne waren nicht festgeschraubt, Bei Verkleidungen hat einfach eine Seite gefehlt, eine Nachttischlampe war abgebrochen und hing am Starkstromkabel neben dem Bett. Die Küche haben wir erst gar nicht genutzt. Es war gewöhnungsbedürftig bei einem Apartment nur die einzelnen Zimmer, nicht aber die Zugangstür abschließen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war wechselhaft. Auf die erste Nachricht bei Booking wurde nicht reagiert. Beim Nachfass-Telefonat war die Gegenseite weder auf Deutsch noch auf Englisch verständlich. Auf eine zweite Nachricht über Booking wurde dann aber sofort gleich 3x reagiert: 1x von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter, der gut deutsch sprach (aber leider teilweise falsche Auskünfte gab). 1x von einem anderen nicht verständlichen Mitarbeiter mit österreichischer und 1x von einem nicht verständlichen Mitarbeiter mit rumänischer Telefonnummer. Die Mitarbeiter waren schon freundlich, man hat sie nur schlecht verstanden.

wir zogen verärgert wieder ab!
Cons:

Wir konnten das Zimmer nicht benützen, da wir nicht eingelassen wurden. Ein Zettel an der Tür und Ihre Mail sagen, dass man eine Telefonnummer anrufen möge. Leider hat sich trotz 7 Versuchen niemand gemeldet. Also zogen wir nach einem Aufenthalt im Freien bei Regen und Kälte um etwa Mitternacht wieder ab und fuhren nach Hause, was ich eigentlich vermeiden wollte!

To, że mogliśmy przyjechać po 22.00

Cons:

Jest po prostu niechlujnie, brzydka pościel i ręczniki. Obszarpane zasłony, brak żarówek lub nie świecą, w pokoju nieprzyjemny nieświeży zapach, w łazience śmierdzi pleśnią. Bardzo głodna ulica obok, słychać przez okna. Stanowczo nie polecam.

Pros:

Nedostali sme faktúru! Kontaktoval ich už aj Booking ale žiaden odpoveď! 1x sme už u nich boli ubytovaný vtaed zas poslali nám úplne inú gaktúru s inou sumou! Asi v Rakúsku robia v účtovníctve čo len chcú!

Pros:

Hervorragend fanden wir das die telefonische Erreichbarkeit bis in die Abendstunden sehr gut mit dem Check-in geklappt hat. Das Zimmer hat für uns gepasst, es war sauber und wir nutzten das Zimmer nur zum Übernachten.
