Pros:

Ładnie urządzony i w dobrej lokalizacji

Cons:

Jednym słowem- brudno. Łazienka nie wyglądała na sprzątaną: nieświeża toaleta, widać że nie myta, sztuczne rzęsy pozostawione na półce po pozostałych gościach, pleśń na fudze pod prysznicem, warstwy kurzu na lampie nad lustrem, dziurawe ręczniki. Po zobaczeniu toalety, która widocznie została pominięta w przygotowaniu dla kolejnych gości nieprzyjemnie było korzystać z pobytu. W pokoju z wierzchu wyglądało na ogarnięte ale po łazience pewności nie było że pościel chociaż została zmieniona na świeżą…
Zarówno pokój jak i łazienka mikroskopijne. W sąsiedztwie obecnie trwają jakieś budowy więc od samego rana budzą hałasy.
Na jedną noc do przeżycia ale na dłuży pobyt nie polecam. Na pewno w tej cenie można znaleźć podobne noclegi w centrum i przede wszystkim posprzątane.

Good and comfortable villa
Pros:

We had to check-in on short notice - we called the host which spoke good English, we booked the apartment immediately through Booking and received the check-in instructions almost immediately.
The location is fine, walking distance to Krupowki street, although a bit distant from the bus/train station. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

At least during summer season, you can find better options for the same or lower price, but nothing to complain about the place itself.
The views are not the best, you don't get that forest/mountain feeling. We had a room looking to the front of the house, the land in front is under construction and you barely see the mountains in the distance as well.

Lokalizacja jest świetna, a lekkie niedociągnięcia można dopracować. :) Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. :)
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest super, blisko Krupówek, spacerkiem na kolej na Gubałówkę też blisko.

Cons:

Nam niestety trafił się cieknący kran w łazience, a tak poza tym to wszystko było ok.
