I would not reccomend this place it was a health risk.toilet leaking,sink blocked and dirty.carpet,furniture worn and dirty.the smell was awful,reaked into our clothing in our cases.got bitten by either fleas or bed bugs.we stayed a couple of hours as it was so bad and slrpt at the airport.if i was running a buisness like booking .com i would not have this place on my books.there is too much to say thats a negative from the momrnt we pulled into the close.discusting.

We didnt stay, leave the place as soon as we saw it and booked another place instead.

Room is big but not comfortable to stay, house smell as we go in although the host is very strict with requirements so my impression is the place will be very on top expectation but its not. Toilet is far from my room which is also shared.

The room was not clean, and the door to the washroom was not locking. My room lock was not working, and I was afraid someone would enter, and once the booking. com charged and they also charged me extra money, which was not good and I am not satisfied

Very ditry and noisy. Not somewhere I would recommend unless you're desperate.
Pros:

The travel time to the airport is under 25 minutes for terminal 2, and I'd guess around the same for terminal 3. Terminal 4 and 5 and significantly less accessible, but still not terrible as it's just another transfer from terminal 2/3.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this is a fairly unpleasant place to stay, despite the great location for Heathrow airport.

The rooms are dirty, curtains are broken, the furniture is in a terrible state, and the sound proofing is terrible. Considering the location there were lots of noisy aircraft movements and cars nearby. The kitchen was used heavily during my stay meaning the entire building absolutely stank of food.

The bathrooms were truly awful, with one not even having a lock. The single shower clearly hadn't been cleaned recently, and no soap was provided.

I chose to leave because the ‘Comfy Stay’ was not comfy.

The building needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. The walls are missing paint and dirty. No lock on toilet door. Very bad place to stay!

Disappointed overseas
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room was clean, door handle was hanging off which I had to screw back on.

Cons:

Had to get assistance from neighbouring building as I was unable to contact manager for code. They wouldnt give me code untill i paid another £50 not mentioned by booking.com No-one on site at property, it was raining and I was a visitor to England.
