100% book this accommodation. Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms, great air-conditioning, perfect shower, great breakfasts and friendly hosts. Not much more you could ask for at this price range. It's so good it's already booked out for when I want to return next year.

Pros:

L'emplacement, la propreté de la chambre, de la piscine, la végétations autour des chambres, la location du scooter sur place, le déjeuner. Emma et gadeck, souriante, sympathique, très serviable, je me suis senti comme à la maison, Emma a eu la gentillesse de me porter au port en scooter. Il fait bon vivre dans cet établissement à l'image de Nusa lembongan et ciningan, des gens authentique, souriant, le temps s'arrête... Et de toute beauté..... Je reviendrai...

Very nice place with great facilities and location
Pros:

Lovely stay, very clean room and very comfy bed and the pool is really nice

Cons:

Nothing really. The breakfast was quite small but tasty, the drains sometimes smelt a bit but don’t think that can be avoided anywhere

Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. Je suis restée 3 nuits sur place, l'emplacement est top, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied (snorkelling, massage, restau, shopping, ferry à 20mn).
La piscine de l'hôtel est hyper agréable !

Good room, bathroom, A/C, gardens and pool. Everything you need in a good location.
Pros:

Good size room and bathroom, clean, comfy bed. Aircon works well, nice garden makes for good privacy between villas. Pool is good and clean, breakfast each morning was good and served quickly. Staff are good fun and happy to chat.
Bunit Bali is up the north end and great location being close to everything but not so noisy/dusty as the area 700m south. Close to the northern beach which is a gem for walk, swim and views.

Handy location near the dive shops, fantastic staff and excellent value.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, clean and functional room. Fantastic value for money. Good breakfast responsive to your requests.

Cons:

Hot water in room was not working - but that’s probably on me as I did not care to ask (probably needed a gas bottle change) - as I was happy with cold showers given the warm weather.

Amazing value
Pros:

We loved everything about this property. The value for money is outstanding. Our room was large and very comfortable with icy cold aircon and huge bathroom. It was right next to the pool so we could step straight in from our terrace.
The staff very friendly and helpful and enjoy chatting with the guests. They booked us a snorkelling tour to swim with the manta rays with Aquaman, Lembongan best dive company for 300k and also arranged scooter rental for the great price of 80k per day.
We enjoyed our banana pancakes each morning.
This is a small quiet homestay complex with about 12 rooms all of which are really well appointed and offer privacy to air a relax.
It is located 30m off the Main Street and 5 minutes walk to the seafront restaurants.
