Gut geeignet für eine kurze Städteübernachtung
Pros:

Lage zentrums- und hafennah, Aufzug und kleine Küchenecke im Haus.

Cons:

Ansprechpartner vom Haus war zu ganz wenig Zeit vor Ort.

Wir waren in unserem geräumigen Zimmer für die 2 Nächte gut untergebracht.
Pros:

Nähe zu den Hafenanlagen, zentrale Lage. Obwohl wir später am Haus ankamen, hat das Einchecken mit der Schlüsselhinterlegung einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Üzel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber eben nur über Handy.

Cons:

Schade, dass kein absperrbarer Bereich für Fahrräder gefunden wurde.

Pros:

Хорошее место расположения, близко к центру города!

Cons:

При заезде, это было в 17 часов, номер не был готов! И нам пришлось ждать почти 40 минут на улице под дверью!

Pros:

Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sofern einen die Bahn nicht stört. Wir haben es als nicht störend aufgenommen. Das Doppelbettt war sehr gemütlich. Für den Hund gibt es Schüsseln, eine Decke und ein Leckerlie. Top.

Cons:

Die Wohnung (Zimmer 1) ist leider sehr abgewohnt. Es fehlen tlw. Fussleisten und die Wände gehören mal wieder gestrichen. Im Flur war eine Lampe mit Bewegungsmelder, die immer anging, das nervt etwas. Beide Fernseher gingen nicht. Beim einen haben Batterien gefehlt, was die Besitzerin schnell nachholte, beim späteren Test ging aber trotzdem nichts. Der zweite TV ging überhaupt nicht. Die Vermieterin war zwar bereit, es abstellen zu wollen, aber das kostet ja wieder Zeit und wir waren lieber unterwegs. Ein vorheriger Zimmer Check hätte da gut geholfen.

Einfach schön.
Pros:

Es war sauber und Preis Leistung war wirklich gut. Auch, dass man sich einen Kaffee machen konnte am Morgen, fanden wir super. Die Nähe zum See einfach super. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Und der Lift war perfekt. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Es gibt nichts.

Lage gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Netter Kontakt per Mail mit Vermieterin.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise zu diesem Preis ok.
