Właściciel nie raczył odebrać ode mnie telefonu (telefonu od obsługi booking również) ani odpisać na wiadomość wysłaną na czacie. Przez booking dokonałem kilkanaście rezerwacji i nigdy nikt mnie tak nie potraktował. W rezultacie musiałem zarezerwować nocleg w innym miejscu. Wystarczyłoby anulować rezerwację i wysłać krótkiego SMS-a z przeprosinami.
