Great value, high spec place, perfect for a night or 2. Good for groups too.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, big shower and bathroom, fluffy towels

Cons:

Roadworks on the street blocked our exit and host didn't tell us. Kitchen needs bowls and teaspoons

The property was very clean and offers a nice kitchen, dining and outside eating area.

Cons:

The room and bathroom at the second floor are a bit small and lacking in storing space. The advertising indicated terrace, but the second floor rooms have no terrace and come at the same price as those with terrace at the first floor.

Pros:

The location was great. I could park my motorcycle inside the yard, the room was stylish and clean. I was able to use the kitchen ware to cook myself a meal and had a good night sleep.
