Very pleasant stay in a beautiful boutique hotel. Great value for money. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Great space in the room. Well-decorated and design. Superb bathroom. Excellent firm bed. Very friendly staff. It is a small hotel in a nice old building but everything refurbished with a lot of taste. No coffee or restaurant in the hotel but a small room with accessible much appreciated coffee machine, water, drinks, biscuits for free. Very central and well located next to a magnificent church and quiet street.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the hotel installed yet and we were in Vienna during a heat wave but the owner gave us a strong fan and it made the heat quite manageable.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns total wohl gefühlt und. Die Lage ist der Hammer und trotzdem liegt das Stadthaus total ruhig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Fabulous in every possible way!
Pros:

Everything! It is beautifully appointed in every possible way. It is extremely clean, light, airy, warm in cool weather and big windows that would provide cool air if it was needed. It’s in a beautiful quiet area of the city, just a short flat walk to the centre of the city. From the time of booking and throughout our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and responsive.

L' emplacement est idéal pour visiter Vienne. La chambre est confortable et très calme. Nous avions une vue sur les arbres du jardin. Notre hôte met à disposition du thé, du café, de l'eau, de la bière...dans un chaleureux petit salon. Il nous a également conseillé de bons restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement.

Perfect quiet location close to everything-very central. Nice restaurants walkable distance away.

Wonderful vibe. Staff arranged to let us in and show us around when we arrived then gave us our keys and it was great that we had a shared living (coffee, snacks,tea, wine, water & beer ) and adjacent to our private room with private bathroom.

Pros:

"Selbstbedienungsfrühstück": Kaffeemaschine und Tees stehen zur Verfügung, dazu Schokocookies.

Cons:

Selbstbedienungskühlschrank steht zur Verfügung: sehr fein! Leider nur stilles Mineralwasser. Prickelnd wäre fein gewesen!
Auch eventuell eine Auswahl an Keksen ohne Schokolade oder Knäckebrot wäre super!
