Cons:

Staff were unfriendly and didn’t even greet us on arrival - just looked up and that was it. I actually asked why the vibe was so bad - you could literally feel the annoyance in the air - they just didn’t want to be there.
No day spa anymore - very disappointing

Was a great weekend away will definitely be back. Loved it aside from the noise.

It was very relaxing! Beautiful! Great location

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise that we could hear from inside our room. Late at night people outside our door very loud and early mornings the trolleys going past.

The Santai resort is beautifully laid out, the pool is lovely, the room nice

Cons:

It is expensive but inline with other 5 star properties in the area. Ac wasn’t working so a helpful staff member moved me to another room promptly

Santai The Oaks Casurina
Pros:

Nice place to get away. Caters to families and couple. Very clean and have stayed several times. Spice Den Restaurant is an added bonus. The Thai food is outstanding.

Pros:

Unfortunately I only stayed for 1 night because I was in the area for an event.

The room was lovely and clean.
Comfortable bed
Easy walk to the beach
Enjoyed a morning swim in the pool - loved the small warmer pool as well.

Would love to stay again and bring my family.

Such a nice place to stay
Pros:

Room size was great, and the kitchenette was great, so nice to have that option.

Cons:

Maintenance needed to come and fix a leaking tap. First night the cleaning staff of the restaurant went on for a long time and our room was right next to the restaurant.
