Important information:

Please note that there is no reception or service staff at the property. These studios are self-catered. You will receive the studio's number and the entry code on your mobile phone via text message on the day of arrival.

Please note that the apartments are only cleaned after every 5th night. Linen and towels are provided.
Concerning pets, we need to know their number, please note that is 10 franc per animal.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Très bel endroit, je vais probablement y revenir.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel et le calme de l’endroit.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas été plus gêné que cela pendant mon séjour, mais l’insonorisation entre les chambres est peut être un peu légère.

Excellent séjour, emplacement magnifique ! Le petit-déjeuner fut copieux.
Pros:

Emplacement très bien situé, parking à disposition, chambre très propre.

Un merci particulier à la gérante qui nous a proposé d'office un surclassement et nous a fait bénéficier d'une suite au même tarif que la chambre.

Cons:

- Absence de gel douche, surprise de découvrir que le flacon était complètement vide.
- Les lamelles du store dans la chambre ne se fermaient pas complètement.
- A notre goût, quelques crochets dans la salle d'eau seraient utiles.

Es war sehr schon in Charmey und wir haben die Tage genossen.
Pros:

ein hervorragendes Zimmer, Das Hotel ist sehr nahe zur Bahn und Dorfzentrum, Es ist ruhig und grosszügig. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig für den Preis. das Personal wirkte etwas hecktisch und unorganisiert. Der Preis für das kleine Frühstück doch ziemlich hoch und dann knapp abgemessen.
Frühstücksbuffet währe doch etwas angenehmer.

Schöne Aussicht, Zimmer war schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir waren zu viert, hatten aber nur 3 Kissen und 3 Duvets. Das Frühstück wurde serviert, da alle Gäste auf einmal kamen, musste man lange warten, bis alles auf dem Tisch stand. Zudem musste man mehrmals sagen, welches Frühstück man bestellt hatte und trotzdem wurde zum Teil das Falsche gebracht. Ein Frühstücksbuffet wäre unkomplizierter.

Nous avons passé un super mini break pour changer d'air.
