The cleaning was severely lacking: the bathroom was very dirty, and the bedroom was unclean—we even found cigarette butts and an empty juice bottle in one of the rooms. We slept in one bed on the first night, which was terrible; later, we moved to the other bedroom, where the bed was merely acceptable. The area outside the apartment was littered with trash and cigarette butts—though not *inside* the unit, it would not have been difficult to clean up. The oven was dirty, as were some of the kitchen utensils; the coffee maker still contained old grounds and was moldy, while the toaster was completely rusted. The heating system was very weak and lacked temperature controls; we requested extra heaters, but the host took over a day to deliver them, leaving us wearing cold-weather clothing throughout our entire stay. Furthermore, the closets offered no space to store anything, as they were packed full of empty appliance boxes. This accommodation is priced well below the average rate in Ottawa, making it a viable option if you are looking for a budget-friendly stay and do not mind overlooking these specific details.

My father and I went in to look at it. It was nothing like the pictures. It was scary and he didn't think it was safe to spend the night. The roof top access to the kitchen did not feel safe. The parking was a block and a half away.

I understand this was a budget stay, so I expected some compromises, but unfortunately this place was far worse than expected. The biggest issue was that the fridge did not work during our entire 2-night stay. We had brought cooked food for ourselves and especially for our toddler, and most of it had to be thrown away. The host kept saying it would be fixed, but nothing was ever done. In the end, whatever money we saved by booking a cheaper place was spent again on buying food outside.

The bathroom door was also broken when we arrived. To be fair, that issue was eventually fixed after we reported it, but it should not have been in that condition in the first place. The overall cleanliness of the place was very poor — we even found someone’s used trousers hidden under the sofa cushions, which was honestly disgusting. There were also small insects in the kitchen area, and all of the sofas had visible stains on them, making the entire place feel unclean and poorly maintained.

The place was noisy as well, although considering the price point, that was something we could tolerate. What was most disappointing was that after all these issues, there was no apology, compensation, or refund offered by the host.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend anyone to book this place.

l'état des meubles du salon ainsi que les lits dans les chambres sont à changer , non confortables. Nous avons mal dormi toute la nuit. l'évacuation de l'eau dans le lavabo est à revoir car il bouche même après avoir brossé les dents. Revoir aussi le système de chasse pour la cuve. Télécommande de la télé non disponible, impossibilité de l'ouvrir.

Nous avons fait l'erreur de lire les commentaires après notre réservation et notre réaction fut: on ne va pas prendre le risque de dormir dans ce lieu avec notre enfant de 3 ans. En effet, d'après certains commentaires, le logement présentait même des équipements pas très aux normes. Alors nous avons préféré louer un autre lieu

C’est gens sont des voleurs ni plus ni moins, le logement est un taudis sale, insalubre et dans un quartier qui craint. J’ai fait un signalement au pré de Booking. Un tel logement ne devrais pas pouvoir être mis en location

O apartamento estava muito sujo e precisa de uma reforma urgente.

Absolutely filthy. Unsafe floors with soft spots . Crooked staircase from h*ll

The place is absolutely filty, couches are dusty and never been clean. The room closet is full dirt and cleaning supplies, the bedding look unchanged, the duvet don't have cover. Kitchen table and chairs is dusty.the parking massively challenging.Not safe to park the car.

Lors de mon séjour, plusieurs éléments ont fortement déçu mes attentes et ont nui à la qualité de l'expérience : puisqu’il n’était pas conforme à la description lors de notre réservation.

Plusieurs équipements annoncés étaient absents ou inutilisables, notamment la console de jeux, les jeux de société, le lecteur Blu-ray, les DVD et la musique pour enfants. La télévision était sans télécommande, la rendant inutilisable.

La cuisine était très mal équipée pour un logement prévu pour sept personnes, avec un nombre insuffisant de couverts et l'absence de plaques de cuisson pour le four.

Le futon était cassé, avec un morceau de métal dépassant qui a même endommagé un vêtement.

Le parking annoncé comme "sur place" était en réalité situé à environ cinq minutes de marche, ce qui n'était pas conforme à la description.

Plusieurs problèmes d'hygiène et d'entretien ont été constatés : literie tachée et inutilisable, grille du four sale, terrasse non nettoyée avec des bouteilles et une caisse de bière laissées sur place.

Ces manquements ont créé une expérience décevante, bien loin de ce qui était promis dans l'annonce, et ont impacté négativement mon séjour.

L'appartement était mal tenu. Une odeur pas commode, les draps étaient sales, on y voyait comme des fluides corporels, les ustensiles étaient pas corrects. La TV n'avait pas de commande. Les fauteuils n'étaient pas du tout bien tenus. Il est vrai que le prix est abordable, que le logement a du potentiel, mais l'entretien laisse à désirer. Il était difficile de dormir dans de telles conditions.
