Cons:

Terrible experience. 180€ for 1 night and the check in online doesn’t work. I had to call numbers, and after 1h I enter the room. Super loud from the street, no air condition.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Idealne mieszkanie na weekendowy wypad, aby pozwiedzać Berlin.
Bliskość sklepów, stacji kolejki i metra to ogromny plus. Samo mieszkanie malutkie ale dobrze wyposażone, czyste.
Obsługa pomocna, szybko odpowiada na potrzeby i pytania. Check-in bezproblemowy.

Cons:

Jedyny minus jako znalazłam to brak możliwości otwarcia okien. Przy wysokich temperaturach wentylacja nie była wystarczająca i wewnątrz było bardzo ciepło.
Mimo wszystko pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

A shame all the rooms aren’t to the same standard.
Pros:

The location was fine and the ease of checking in was good by doing it online.

Cons:

The large window wouldn’t shut, which was directly behind the train line so we heard trains running constantly throughout our stay, and I mean constantly. Ear plugs were provided however it was unbearable. There was no fan in our room. Yet the other room we had booked came with a fan and was much nicer aesthetically. Such a difference in the rooms. There was dirty marks round the room and holes and gouges in the walls which made us uncomfortable.

Pros:

Estaba limpio, menaje de cocina muy completo y te apañas con todo, ponen aceite sal vinagre....
para lavar los platos bayeta, su estropajo y mistol!! Camas normalitas, sofa cama comodo, cristaleras muy chulas con vistas! El tren se escucha pero no molesta, se duerme bien!! Baño precioso y perfecto, una buena ducha, perfecta!! El servicio de limpieza atentos y te dan lo k pidas!!! Cafetera con algunas capsulas, azucar y leche!! Apartamento, calentito, pero si haze buen dia... Por la mañana mucha calor, y no hay aire Acondicionado.... Ya que la calefaccion, radia del suelo... Nos toco en el piso 3ro.... Habitacion 317!! Balcon en la parte de las vias del tren!! Para poder ver ciudad sin las maletas, cuando aterrizais y esperais el chek-in a las 15:00..... Ir a la estacion de al lado a 2 paradas llamada Sudkruz, alli hay taquillas muy grandes, que cuestan 5€... 24h!!! Al llegar preguntar a algun puesto de comida, y os guiaran.... Berlin es muy comodo facil y super perfecto el viajar en el S-BHANN!! increible de facil y comodo!! Teneis una estacion de S-BHAN, debajo mismo del hotel, a 10metros!!! Para comprar ir al supermercado de debajo del Aldi, cruzando la estacion... Del hotel... Bajas sales a la calle y a la izquierda en el puente... Esta el Aldi y ese supermercado gigante que ahi, si encontrareis de todo, hielo agua barata, y todo tipo de Alchol y muchas cosas de comer, supermercado super completo!! Nos lo pasemos pipa, en el festival Verknipt en el club Ost!! Musicon... Vaya techanzo diooos, increible....

Hay una paella pequeña para cocinar que debeis quitarla, ya que con ella la vitro no funciona, porque es pequeña y el sensor no la detecta... Nos volvimos locas en descubrirlo en mitad de haciendo la cena, un desastre.... Tirenla y cambienla por otra k sea de medida igual k el fogon!!! El mango de la nevera roto, y no avisan, y deberian....opino!!!!! la distribucion de la cama.... La cambiemos por comodidad, estuvimos 4 dias, osea 3 noches....

Alles in allem leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
Cons:

Ok, wie soll ich es sagen?
Das Appartement war abgewohnt. Matratze durchgelegen, schwarze Streifen an den Wänden, Tür zum Versorgungsschacht des Hauses offen (Zugriff auf Bestandteile der BMA möglich). Abfluss am Waschbecken so verstopft das dass Wasser nur sehr schlecht abgelaufen ist und ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Bad entstanden ist. Verschluss vom Waschbecken fehlte. Der gesamte Komplex ist, aus meiner Sicht, in einem bemitleidenswertem Zustand. Wände im Treppenhaus kaputt und verschmiert. Dazu hing auch noch eine Steckdose aus der Wand. Nachts Fenster offen lassen ist auf Grund der nahegelegenen S-Bahn Station leider nicht möglich. Aber dafür lagen bereits Ohropax bereit. Auch wenn es Berlin und damit vielleicht etwas teurer ist, das P-/L-Verhältnis hat hier nicht gepasst. Dabei sahen die Fotos in der Anzeige vielversprechend aus.

Sauber und praktisch
Pros:

Direkt am hinteren Ausgang der S-Bahnstation gelegen. Kleine Ausstattung mit Tee und Kaffee + Kaffeemilch vorhanden. Ein Späti / Kiosk ist im selben Gebäude.

Cons:

Ohne Smartphone und App kommt man nicht ins Haus und in die Wohnung. Es gibt keinen Empfang, nur per Telefon ist Hilfe beim Einchecken möglich. Die Haustür fiel nicht von selbst zuverlässig ins Schloss, so daß sie häufig offen stand. Lage der Zimmer nach hinten direkt an der S-Bahn! Aber gute Schallschutzfenster. Alle Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut zu.

Smestaj ima sve potrebno kuhinja, veliko novo kupatilo.
