Pros:

Samotný pokoj naprosto splnil očekávání. Byl skvěle připraven, vše bylo čisté, vybavení dostačující. Komunikace s Homaris přes WhatsApp fungovala, veškeré informace včas na portále MyStay, přehledné (bezkontaktní check-in i check-out). Blízká stanice U-bahn/S-bahn velkou výhodou - lze velmi dobře cestovat jak do centra, tak např. na P+R parkoviště (Altglienicke), stejně tak oceňujeme možnosti nakupování (potraviny).

Cons:

Okolí stanice metra a přilehlých podniků (bary, bistra) není úplně čisté, upravené, ale to lze tolerovat.

Séjour très négatif au niveau de l'hébergement et du niveau sonore.

La situation géographique.

Cons:

Le train, le bruit des voisins et des commerces alentours, l'absence de climatisation donc obligation d'ouvrir les fenêtres et de profiter du bruit, les prostituées qui opèrent dans la résidence.

النظافة والرائحة الجميلة
الهدوء
الخدمات كاملة ممتازة مثل آلة القهوة والمروحة للتهوية وأدوات المطبخ المناسبة
وسرير الأطفال جيد

Cons:

المصعد تعطل في آخر يوم اقامة لي مع عائلتي
وانا كان معي عربة أطفال فواجهت صعوبة في النزول مع طفلتي

لكن المكان جيد
واتمنى العوده له

В самом номере было чисто, вокзал и метро рядом, магазины тоже ( кауфланд, пенни )

Cons:

Очень мало розеток. Одна в которую вы включите телевизор или вентилятор, одна на кухне и одна в ванной, возле кровати розеток нет

Świetna lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o transport, w pobliżu SBahn i UBahn. Bardzo zgrabny pokój. Świetnie rozłożony. Bardzo czysta łazienka z prysznicem. Do dyspozycji jest suszarka. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony w ekspres ciśnieniowy na kapsułki, 4 kapsułki na wyposażeniu. Zestaw talerzy, łyżek, widelców, noży i garnków. Płyta indukcyjna na dwa palniki. Lodówka z małą zamrażarką. Zlew z gąbką, płynem do naczyń, ścierką. Wszystko czyste. Na wyposażeniu były świeże ręczniki. Pełna obsługa wejścia za pomocą strony internetowej lub kodów, wszystko dostępne po przez whatsapp. Zimą musi być jeszcze lepiej, bo upały nie będą w ogóle przeszukać.

Cons:

Przy wysokich temperaturach na zewnątrz, jest bardzo ciepło około 28 do 29 stopni C. Dostępny był w pokoju wiatrak.
Pokoje po stronie koleji są stosunkowo ciche, ale tylko przy zamkniętych oknach.

Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, modernes Bad

Schlafmöbel wurden als unbequem wahrgenommen (durchgelegen, schlechte Polsterung), Umgebung sehr dreckig, Zwang seinen Ausweis auf externer Homepage hochzuladen, kein Platz für Kofferinhalt von 3 Personen

Pros:

Сподобалось, що поселення та виїзд влаштовані без особистого спілкування з персоналом (важливо, коли не дуже знаєш мову), цифровий ключ зручний, зрозумілий, доступний для всіх гостей і його неможливо загубити☺️ У номері є все для перебування на кілька днів. До опису додайте холодильник, бо ми переживали, що його немає, а він є. Ліжка зручні, кухонного приладдя вистачає, зупинка та супермаркет зовсім поруч, youtube на тв працює😊. Зранку за вікном чудово співають пташки. Нам було добре відпочивати та проводити у вас час після прогулянок по Берліну❤️

Cons:

Не вистачало одного стільця, бо нас четверо, а стільців було три. Туалетного паперу 1,5 шт на чотирьох на п'ять днів замало, косметичних серветок майже не було, купляли самі. Треба придумати звукоізоляцію вхідної двері

It’s better option for winter time.
Pros:

We had a problem with the door code and the person answered me after 5 min to help us the get in the room and it was around midnight. Also I had another problem and they answered me straight away.
The location was really good it’s is literally beside the S-bahn and supermarket, coffee shops and bakeries.
We went with our 5 months old baby and there is a lift which helped us to go out and go in with the buggy with no difficulty.

Cons:

Extremely hot. We went in July maybe during the winter is better option to stay.
They provided a fan but it wasn’t enough.
Our room it was in front of the trem tracks so we couldn’t let the window opened during the night, and during the day everybody can see inside of the apartment so we opened the window but the curtains was closed.
The shower it’s really good but wet the whole floor and one mat is not enough for the whole time we stayed.
