Que la televisión no funcionaba, contactamos con el alojamiento para resolver el problema y no fueron de mucha ayuda , al igual que el aire acondicionado, Se apagaba a mitad de la noche y despertábamos sudados .
Precioso apartamento,muy cómodo y con unas instalaciones maravillosas. El personal de 10, la limpieza perfecta.
Todo fue perfecto,no puedo decir nada en negativo.
The location is great as you are situated between the city and the beach and having a pool is perfect!! Apartment was clean and just like the photos. Having the keys on your phone is super easy and saves you always thinking about them when you leave the apartment
The keys are all done online which is great however as it is all done automatically you can't enter the room before 15:00 even though the room is ready. We were given our e-keys at 14:30 and were able to enter the building but our room wouldn't unlock until 15:00 sharp so we just sat outside the room for half an hour even though the room was ready.

La piscina pequeña y no estaba muy limpia, no nos metimos
The location was great and the facilities were so well-kept. We had everything we could need in walking distance, great transport links and the apartment itself was beautiful. The pool was small but usually quite quiet. We had a great time!
Only thing is that the only outdoor space is upstairs on the terrace- the apartment has none for itself but you’re aware of this before going.
Zeer centrale ligging om met de fiets alle delen van Valencia te verkennen. Mooi appartement met zeer goed bed en hoofdkussens. Goede douche.
Leuk zwembad en terras.
Heel dichtbij zijn er supermarkten.
Ons appartement mag aan de drukke straatkant waardoor er ‘s nachts toch wel wat lawaai van het verkeer was. Gelukkig brachten oordopjes soelaas.
Er is een heel gezellig dakterras, maar als je er ‘s avonds in het donker wil zitten dan is het wel spijtig dat het buitenlicht met een timer van slechts 5 minuten werkt.

Muy bonito, bien distribuido y muy bien equipado. La piscina de la azotea más que suficiente.
La zona no es muy atractiva, pero está bien comunicada con todas las zonas de interés de la ciudad: centro, playa o ciudad de las artes y las ciencias.
We liked the pool and the seating around the pool
The pool area was not very clean. Also the apartment was not very clean. The windows aren’t very soundproof, so you had a lot of road noise
The apartment was perfect for what we needed, modern, spacious living area, kitchen, washer dryer.

Unfortunately the pool was not very clean, there was so so much hair in it and it had a lot of algae buildup plus didn’t really appear to have any proper filter or chemicals. We had to ask for it to be cleaned which was better for one day but after the algae was back.
It actually changed the colour of my bathers and my towel.
It was a real shame because we booked this place especially for the pool as it was the hottest part of summer
This place had everything you needed! It also was comfortable and not clinical, we felt safe and secure and had a wonderful time.

Das Apartment hat eine gute Größe, aber ansonsten fällt mir nicht viel positives ein. Das einzige Highlight war das nette Kaffee gegenüber (Portobello).
So ziemlich alles ...
Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber, als wir ankamen haben wir sowohl in der Küche als auch im Badezimmer schmutzige Rückstände vorgefunden. Die Dusche hat unangenehm gerochen.
Auch der Pool war nicht gepflegt und nicht einladend. Das gilt auch für das Gym (ziemlich unterirdische Ausstattung).
Im Apartment war durchgehend ein Alarm/Piepen zu hören, der sich nicht ausstellen ließ.
Unterm Strich alles sehr enttäuschend!

The phone app to access. If you use a eSIM and don’t have access to your phone number due to turning off global roaming. It makes is stressful to check in and access the card for entry. After that it was seamless.
