Our Happy Place ...
Pros:

We travel every Yr for my birthday for the last 7 yrs and it's my favourite happy place ..and a big thank you for my bottle of bubbly for my birthday!

Cons:

Only thing was the heated pool wasnt heated ! But it wasn't something I didn't like .....

Ist schon beeindruckend wie sich Gäste am morgen früh ein wettrennen leisten um einen Platz am pool zu ergattern kann man von dem schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool gut beobachten…..und nein es waren nicht die deutschen😉 es sind genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden.

Une adresse incontournable
Pros:

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel qui remplit toutes les cases de vacances réussies!
Notre appartement 3 pièces vue mer était juste exceptionnel !
Ménage quotidien, parties communes très propres, petit déjeuner fabuleux, dîner frais et varié.
Personnel très sympathique avec une mention spéciale pour Gabriela à l’accueil qui s’est montrée d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité !
La situation de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle en accès direct à l’océan et à proximité directe de tous les points d’intérêts de Playa de Las Americas, Adeje et Los Cristianos.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est le manque de respect des résidents par rapport aux transats au bord des piscines. L’hôtel n’exerce aucune surveillance des transats non occupés, mais simplement réservés pour plus tard par les vacanciers. Mais la course aux transats autour de la piscine par les résidents à 8h50 tous les jours pour réserver fauteuils et parasols sans s’y installer (belle preuve d’égoïsme) nous a bien fait rire! C’était d’autant plus ridicule que l’hôtel a prévu suffisamment de place pour tous les guests! Nous n’avons jamais eu de soucis pour nous installer au bord du bassin qu’elle que soit l’heure de la journée.
