Club Playa Flores

Det var meget småt til 4 voksne personer. Vi savnede at kunne sidde ude sammen, og vi sov dårligt i den smalle seng og sofaen. Larmen fra naboværelser midt om natten. Udsigten fra værelset.

**Absolutely avoid this place.**

Our experience at Club Playa Flores was completely unacceptable from the moment we arrived. The accommodation had a strong, unpleasant smell, was dirty, and had hair everywhere. Most seriously, we found bugs in the bed. No reasonable person would want to sleep in those conditions, so we left immediately and did not stay overnight.

We had to find and book alternative accommodation at the last minute, at our own expense, because we were not prepared to stay somewhere with bugs in the bed. This caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional costs at the very start of our trip.

What made the situation even worse was the appalling customer service afterwards. We attempted to contact the property about the problems, but received no response because it was outside office hours. We were then told that we should have contacted them to give them an opportunity to rectify the issues, despite the fact that we had tried to contact them and could not get a response.

Even more frustratingly, we were accused of staying overnight when we absolutely did not. We left the property because of its condition and immediately had to arrange alternative accommodation. The accusation that we stayed is completely false.

Despite the accommodation being unacceptable, despite us finding bugs in the bed, despite us leaving immediately, and despite having to pay for alternative accommodation, the property refused to provide a refund. We were left out of pocket while also being treated as though we were somehow at fault.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The property was dirty, smelled bad, had bugs in the bed, and the customer service was extremely poor. The way our complaint was handled was just as disappointing as the condition of the accommodation itself.

**We strongly recommend avoiding Club Playa Flores at all costs.

1. Parking is on the road outside but there are no free slots in the evening so u have to park little away
2. Basic facilities are very limited, like salt and pepper shakers were not there, only 1 dish washer tablet for 4 days stay so had to buy a whole box, so ended up doing considerable groceries lile kitchen papers towels, toilet papers, toiletries etc for a very short trip and left all behind, i hope the next guests got it and had a little better..

PAS D'INSONORISATION, nous vivions au rythme des voisins qui se couchent a 1h du matin...
Manque de propreté niveau du sol qui était sale, et la douche pleine de savons sèché qui se décoller a l'eau chaude.... 🫤

Les murs sont pleins de trace noire, tous les murs !!
Pas de Minimum d'accueil comme une bouteille d'eau, un peu de sel ou poivre, une dosette de café, le frigo était a 1 quand nous sommes arrivés...donc pas froid du tout..
Je n'ai pas apprécié mon séjour étant complètement HS a cause des mauvaises nuits consécutives...

Creo que la hora de entrada al apartamento es demasiado tarde. Llegar a las 16h. en verano, es imposible con la calor que hace. Hubo un malentendido con la hora anticipada de llegada y tuvimos que estar con el coche cargado de equipaje hasta las 15.45h. dando vueltas por Torremolinos, esperando, en primer lugar, al que el servicio de limpieza limpiara el apartamento y en segundo lugar, a que Mickael terminara otras reservas. Desde las 14.30h. estuvimos esperando, en ls puerta, para poder hacer el check-in. No creo que sea su culpa, pues es cierto, que hizo todo lo que pudo, pero quizás sea necesario más personal para atender a todas las reservas y no tener a una sóla persona para todas. No se puede tener a los clientes pasando calor y esperando más de 1h. ya que el servicio de limpieza terminó sobre las 14h.
Otra cosa, relacionada con el tema, es habilitar un espacio para poder dejar el equipaje, mientras esperamos para poder entrar al apartamento. Es la primera vez, en muchos años viajando a la Costa del Sol que tenemos que tener el equipaje en el coche todo el tiempo, lo que dificultó mucho más la espera.
Lamento mucho estas quejas, ya que por lo demás todo ha estado muy bien y nos hemos sentido muy agusto.

El apartamento, tenía menos toallas que personas habíamos alquilado, el menaje de cocina muy escaso, y en la habitación no hay aire acondicionado.
