Bella ma no alla posizione e deposito bagagli inesistenti
Pros:

La struttura nuova pulita e gli appartamenti ben strutturati e dotati di tutti i comfort

Cons:

La posizione perché in una zona periferica e molto brutta e nn aver avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura portandoceli dietro per tutto il giorno fino alla sera! Per questo motivo non ci ritorneremo anche perché durante la prenotazione avevano detto di poterli lasciarli in Reception la quale non esisteva

Pros:

Bien équipé, proche des transports et climatisé.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain a du mal à s'ouvrir et à se fermer.
Pour pouvoir profiter encore davantage de la terrasse, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait rien de prévu pour créer un peu d'ombre.

Все супер!

Cons:

Кондиционер был нерегулируемый и отключался, по факту мы ночью просто умирать от жары и приходилось по 2-3 раза вставать тк кондиционер отключался, минимальная температура 22 градуса и обдув очень слабый

Lage dezentral, aber okay - zu teuer für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein LIDL.
In dem Viertel sind Bäckereien und ein CARREFOUR-Supermarkt.
Unterkunft geeignet für 4 Personen. Ausklappbares Sofa im halben Wohnzimmer (die andere Hälfte hat Küchenzeile und Essecke).

Cons:

Baustelle direkt nebenan (Haus war abgerissen): ab 8 Uhr morgens Lärm, von Montag bis Freitag. Obwohl Nebenstraße, ist es abends laut. Schlafen geht nur bei geschlossenem Fenster. Das Sofa ist ziemlich durchgesessen.
Die Türcode-App für's Smartphone war nicht direkt verständlich. Ein freundlicher Tourist, der im Haus ebenfalls eine Unterkunft hatte, hat uns weitergeholfen. Auch er hatte bei seiner Ankunft Schwierigkeiten mit dem Türcode.

Pros:

the smart key entry for both apt and building.

Cons:

When we have arrived we figured out that the AC didn’t worked and they didn’t told us anything until we tried to make it work for 2 hrs. ( they left a Fan inside the apartment but didn’t said anything about the AC). We could switch apartments after in the 5th day!!!
There is a construction site near the building, they start at 8am until 16:00… The windows are useless, you can hear everything.
