We stayed with Ola Living in Barcelona and it was a nightmare. They gave us a different apartment than the one booked (with direct access to a terrace). Initially they said they could not give us the booked apartment because they scheduled works to find out during our stay that our terrace was taken over by workers for a few days for them to build brick walls and undertake intensive repairs during our stay. They were loud and worked till late 9pm and did not care that we paid for that space. When confronted they said they followed all the rules and that nothing can be done. Then we gave them proof (photos and videos) to only agree on 10% refund which was not given even today (a few months after). They stopped responding – ignorants. We put a complaint with Barcelona council with no result whatsoever. They are all fed up with tourists and do not care about the standards at all. They just want to rip their customers and tourists as much as possible with no common sense or rules. Also, complained to Booking.com with no response as well. This has never happened to me anywhere else I have been and I am shocked of the level of mafia within the tourism in Barcelona. We sincerely advise you ALL to avoid at all cost Ola Living! They lied and misled us, ripped us off and ignored us. No rules, no hospitality, no common sense and no fairness whatsoever!

The AC systems kept switching off every after 45mins , but this may be that I didn't know how to operate its settings and I didn't have any immediate helpdesk because it was late in the night in most cases.

Coincidio que había unas obras y habia ruido.( pero esto era ajeno al apartamento.

Además, me molestó profundamente la forma en que gestionaron la atención al cliente. Toda la comunicación fue por WhatsApp y, en lugar de ofrecer soluciones claras, solo daban respuestas evasivas indicando que “es un asunto de administración”, sin facilitar ninguna fecha concreta para la devolución del dinero.
Esta falta de transparencia y seriedad genera una gran desconfianza y, sinceramente, transmite una imagen muy negativa del servicio. Después de esta experiencia, no volvería a reservar con ellos.

Navodila za namestitev digitalnega ključa so zelo nejasna.
V apartmaju bi lahko bila kakšna posoda več.
Apartma je bil videti čist, toda enkrat je izpod umivalnika prilezel ščurek kar je znižalo mojo oceno.
