Customer Service and Management Excellent, above and beyond.

Cons:

WiFi broke down thru no fault oh mgmt.
Had one Bad experience with tenant in next room. Had to move to another room because of it.
Only used once, the breakfast service stops too early at 9am

It was clean, employee nice , good location a bit hard to find as it’s behind another motel but thats okay it was easy to find

Wasn't ample towels, no plastic cups, no hand soap. A/C vent cover fell off each the door would shut.

Very bad Had to wait 4 hours to get into my room, and that room became even more Had to put down $50

I came down at 6:00 am to check out, no one even came to open up until about 6:10 and have some breakfast, there was none available, Coffee was just warm nothing out, should have come in a little earlier, like most places and have stuff ready for people traveling and wanting to leave,

Cons:

It's all about money, money for this and that, I had ask for a room between 11 or 12 , The person in charge of cleaning, was okay, but had to wait until 4:00 to get into the room, and if they open at 6am should be there and ready by then, anyway had to leave so I did not get any breakfast Save them some money, I think that's what it was all about, Make more money

Cons:

Terrible breakfast, swimming pool was not available. Location has just a supermarket and some fast food restaurants around, nothing more.
Booking charged me the whole amount and the receptionist and the manager did not want me to check in since they could not collect the payment from booking.
They asked me to solve the problem and call booking instead of doing it themselves. After calling and chatting for more than an hour I got it sorted out with booking. But it seemed to me that they didn t even try to solve the situation.

Thankfully, only one night.
Pros:

The bed was alright, but one pillow case looked dirty. The shower was good. It was quiet.

Cons:

They charged us an additional $2.50. Why? Cleaning fee.
This is the second Wyndham property that did that. When I use booking.com, I expect the price I am quoted, the price I prepay IS the price. A deals, a deal. Last Wyndham for us and maybe no more booking.com.

The furniture was all damaged.
