Cons:

Fraud. claiming all rooms have sea view, terrace, balcony, kitchenette.

Most of the rooms have none of these things.

Awesome stay at Avra
Pros:

Great location. Only steps from the water and Harbour.
Modern and luxurious accommodation
Welcome gift and water in the fridge

Cons:

The only thing I didnt like is having to find parking. There is a pay lot very close by, but it is very expensive. The free public lot is also nearby, but if is a nightmare to park in there as everyone blocks you in.
The best option is to pay at the paid lot, then late at night, look for available parking on the street and leave your car there

Pros:

The accomodation was excellent, great location, easy to access with a taxi from the airport . Close to lovely restaurants and the old town.
Very spacious with a fantastic bathroom.

Pros:

Very clean and large room. Recently refurbished. Great location and excellent accessory products provided . Everything was excellent

Cons:

The only negative side s that advertisement is not clear. From the pictures it looks like the apartments have a terrace but it’s notcorrect. So the only thing I can point out is that the presentation of the place should be more clear and transparent.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Avra Apartments and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Avra Apartments are in a beautifully renovated building in a perfect location to enjoy the beautiful harbour and old town of Chania. The apartment itself was light, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen. There was a small fridge and kettle with tea and coffee.

Cons:

A cafetière or Nespresso machine would have been a great addition to be able to make a good coffee.
There was some noise outside during the night and very early in the morning. My window was closed as it was chilly but I can imagine it might be noisy in the summer.
The internet connection was very poor .

I was a beautiful flat located in a great spot.
perfect for a family stay

Cons:

An allocated parking spot would have been great. It was quite difficult to find where to park on some nights
