Élményt kaptam, köszönöm!
Pros:

Igényes, izlésemnek, tökéletes. Tulajdonképpen minden igényemre készenállt a hely. Recepciós hölgy kimondottan figyelmes és segítőkész.
Minden kifogastalanul tiszta.
Wellness várakozáson felüli.

Cons:

A szállásom akciósan sem volt hétköznapi árban, ettől függetlenül biztosan őket választom a következő alkalommal is.

Szép volt az apartman, jól felszerelt. Csak nem volt asztal sem szék.

A wellness használhatalan volt. A medence 15-17 foknál nem volt melegebb, senki sem fürdött benne. Én egyszer belementem behúzta a görcs a lábamat. A szauna csak akkor nem volt befütve amikor ott voltunk. A jakuzzi borzasztóan algás volt és nagyon büdös. Nem használtuk. Ja voltak nyugágyak is de az wgyik összecsuklott alattam. Visszatettem bele a csavart nehogy ki kelljen fizetni. A reggeli 4* -os szálodához képest borzasztóan egyszerű kiábrándító volt. Tojás virsli felvágott sajt és 1 alkalommal 3 szelet lazac. Ez. Max 3*. A szállásrol a welnwssbe az udvaron keresztül vezet az út. Hét az sem egy élmény februárban. Kérésünkre nem kaptunk váltás wellness törölközöt és köntöst. Nem tudtuk megszáritani. Nem müködött az a kis szárító sem a fürdőszobában. Kiábrándító volt az egész. Nem ajánlom senkinek. Ja a paekolás 6000ft/nap!

A stílus, az elhelyezkedés ellenére a csendesség, a kert, korrekt pakolás.

Cons:

Egyedül a párnával volt bajom. Furcsa tólteléke volt, ott zizegett a fülemben.

Pros:

Nagyon központi helyen van a szálloda, szép a kert rendezett, az ágy matrac kellemesen kemény.

Cons:

A wifi nulla, apartmanban a háló az emeleten van, klíma nem működik már május elején elviselhetetlen a hőség a tetőtérben, ablakot kinyitva hajnalig zajongás kiabálás van. Ritkán alszom ennyire rosszul, mint ebben a szállodában.
A foglaláskor szempont volt a parkoló, az nem volt kiírva hogy 6000ft naponta, az utcán hétvégén ingyenes. De jó hogy wellness hotel, csak az nincs a foglaláskor kiírva, hogy pluszban fizetős. Arról sem tájékoztattak, hogy személyenkén plusz 1200ft adminisztrációs díjat kell fizetni, csak kicsekkoláskor szembesültünk vele. Hotelben mi az hogy adminisztrációs díj??? Vicc....
Soha többet, átverős lehúzósdi Fibula módra.

Maximális meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek ezt a szállást.
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, központi helyen van. Közel van a vasútállomás, a belváros, a látnivalók.
A reggeli bőséges, nagy a választék. Mindenki talál kedvére valót magának. És nagyon finom, helyben készült süteményeket kóstolhattunk.
A wellness részleg sokféle választéka áll a vendégek rendelkezésére.

Elhelyezkedés, kényelmes ágy.
Segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

Jó lett volna sampon, tusfürdő erre a pár éjszakára.
Hangosak voltak a szomszédos szobában,de ez az ő intelligencia hiányuk. Hajnalban én csendesen szoktam megérkezni. Ez nem a hotel hibája.

The hotel is overpriced

The location was great

Cons:

The information about hotel contradicts the reality: coffee machine wasn’t in the room. Also, no one told us about extra fee for parking although we informed staff about it. The last but not the least it would be great to highlight on booking page that spa is not included.
