Pros:

Hezký nový byt v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra, jednoduchý self-check-in, kapslový kávovar s připravenými kapslemi na každý den pobytu. Rohový koncový byt, na terase na vás nikdo nevidí. Neuvěřitelně dobře odhlučněné, blízká silnice není vůbec slyšet.

Cons:

Ubytování blokuje kauci z kreditky. V okolí se nedá nikde bezplatně zaparkovat, musíte parkovat v místní placené garáži, resp. v ulici Heinrich - Casper - Gasse kousek odtud se dá parkovat zadarmo o víkendu (mimo víkendy jen 180 min a placeně)

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis für eine moderne bleibe

Cons:

Fernseher funktionierte nicht Wlan ging nicht. Auch nach mehrmaligen versuchen mit dem support hat es nicht geklappt. In die zwei Tagen für Parkplatz fast soviel bezahlt wie für das Zimmer. Da das Hotel direkt auf einer stark befahrbaren Strasse liegt und draußen keine Parklätze vorhanden sind, musst du fast zu der teuren Garage greifen. Lockangebot günstiges Zimmer dafür gleicht es sich mit der Tiefgarage aus - was ich ehrlicherweise als sehr frech empfunden habe.

Pros:

Very clean. After check-it was easy to use and had every needed for a brief stay (coffee, tea, shampoo/soap, nice towels.) The bathroom was a nice size, and the air conditioning worked well (it was 33 degrees outside).

Cons:

Check-in was difficult because the instructions sent didn’t match the property. The lock system had been upgraded, and there was an extra key panel at the door indicated. I called, and the operator was trying to help, but a neighbor ended up showing me the other door where my sensor worked.

Any noise from the stairwell is audible, and I was woken up several times by neighbors coming/going.

There was a noise of dripping water in the walls right next to the bed which also woke me up a few times.

The price was very inflated (around €225/night) but so was everything in Graz that weekend.
