Overall, I liked the apartment.
Pros:

I like that the room was quite equipped with all the necessary items. The bed was comfy too.

Cons:

The door adjacent to my room was annoying and disturbing. Since it is heavy, it shook my room every single time when in use. I did complain, but nothing was done during my stay. Secondly, It was an expensive stay considering the location.

Appartamento senza difetti
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso e ben attrezzato, con letti comodi e un bagno ottimale, dalla doccia al phon. Molto comoda e rilassante la sedia sospesa e carino anche il balcone.
Ottima insonorizzazione riguardo alla strada e ottima posizione se si vuole visitare Graz in giornata.

Cons:

Il parcheggio a pagamento al coperto è un po' caro ma c'è una alternativa molto conveniente a pochi metri dall'appartamento in Hochsteingasse con parcheggi sulla strada in zona verde.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, and the hotel itself was very comfortable and convenient. We especially liked the keyless entry system — you simply use a code, which is perfect when traveling with children, as there are no keys to lose. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, and tea, coffee, and towels were provided. Everything was simple, comfortable, and well organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Die Buchung und das checkin waren absolut Unkompliziert und für spontane Reisen empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Ich hatte 4 Zimmer gebucht, Daten für das checkin leider nur für ein Zimmer erhalten. Wurde aber nach einen kurzen Anruf innerhalb von 3 Minuten erledigt.

Well-developped,new stylish flat

In order the facts:
-wifi code was not access untill 23pm on checking-day
-landlord communication method with prejudging and assigned style is not acceptable like when U live do this,do that on arriving day for adults guest
-the parking underneath the buliding cost for a night from 20h untill 9.45am 22EUR which is okay but needs to inform forward the guest about it
-we did not used any doorkey only entry code although the organiser refers to it in email more times
-finally they closed on my bank account for a week long so called damage deposit 250EUR,never happenned to me this,they are authorised for lead out this like a tax office or bank.
These all action for advance toward travellers is very incorrect and condescending mentality!

Obiekt byl czysty i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Parking na miejscu wiec super.

Cons:

Obiekt był czysty ale przez ponad godzinie nie można było dostać się do apartamentu a obsługa nikogo nie przysłała i dopiero po interwencji przez booking dali nam inne pokoje. Zarezerwowaliśmy jeden apartament a dostaliśmy dwa pokoje a byliśmy z dziećmi i musieliśmy spać oddzielnie. Długi czas oczekiwania na nowy pokój na gorącym korytarzu.
