Nur für kleine Menschen und nicht an heissen Tagen

Wir sind freundlich in Empfang genommen worden, die Lage war sehr gut. Es hat Charme.

Cons:

Für 4 Personen ist die Unterkunft im Spitzboden zu klein. Man kann sich darin kaum bewegen. Im oben Teil kann man nur in der Mitte stehen, wenn man kleiner als 1.65 m ist. Das wirkt beklemmend. Wir waren an zwei warmen Sommertagen (knapp 30 Grad) da und die Wohnung hat sich trotz Jalousien/nachts lüften extrem aufgeheizt, so dass wir es nicht ausgehalten haben und uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen mussten. Eine Erstattung gibt es in so einem Fall nicht.

Konumu mükemmeldi . Metroya 1-2 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi .Eski-tarihi bir binada çok hoş özenli natürel dizayn edilmişti.Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolaydı. Biz karşılayan kişi tam zamanında geldi.Tüm bilgileri verdi .Hiç zorluk çekmedik. Temizlik çok iyiydi.Kahve makinesinin suyu bile tam doldurulmuştu . Herşey düşünülmüştü.

Cons:

Dairenin kendi özellikleri ile ilgili olarak ; Çatı katı olduğu için yatak kısmında ayakta durulamıyordu,alt katta hareket halinde iken sürekli eğilmek gerekiyordu . Daire yola bakıyordu . Pencere açıldığında şehir sesi rahatsız ediyordu.

The location is incredible, right in the middle of St. Germain de Pres, full of history (the oldest church in Paris, cafés where famous thinkers used to sit) and very close to Louvre!

Cons:

Warning for unfit people - you will need to climb to that place... Totally worth it!

5 days next to the University
Pros:

The location was perfect. The value for money is great. For two university students the flat was excellent and any potential inconvenience that people complain about didn't bother us. Yes it's in the attic, yes the corridors are narrow, and the roof is steep, but the experience is completely Parisian.

Cons:

There is dust and an occasional ant here and there, but again things are like that in attics. The lack of door on the bathroom also didn't concern us but some people would find it problematic.

KeineTür an Toilette , nur Vorhang . Nur dachschrägen , man konnte in der ganzen Wohnung vielleicht auf 2qm aufrecht stehen . Dafür fanden ich es zu teuer , aber die Lage war super , es war sauber

Amazing location, close to many attractions in the St Germain district. Many restaurants nearby, and easy walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Very good communication with our hosts.

Cons:

The apartment is quite small, if you are a tall person, you may have some difficulties as the ceilings are slanted and low. You must be able to climb up into the loft area for one of the bedrooms.

l 'emplacement est parfait c'est tout

Tout le reste, accueillis grandes fenêtres ouvertes avec du "sent-bon"...lol...pour tenter de masquer les odeurs nauséabondes permanentes, lits petits, sans sommier, pas de porte pour la salle de bain et WC, avec un pauvre rideau n'arrivant pas au sol, même pas opaque à côté du cliclac pour beaucoup d'intimité... donc obligés de faire sortir les personnes présentes dans le couloir de l'immeuble pour allez aux Wc...merveilleux! et du coup les odeurs...des WC ...obligés de rester les fenêtres ouvertes pour palier au manque de VMC...mais une VMC dans uns salle de bain- WC sans porte, à quoi me direz-vous?!!!
pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc nous sommes vus par tous et obligés de mettre des serviettes aux fenêtres pour pouvoir dormir dans une pseudo pénombre car un des vélux n'est pas à portée de main... donc un week-end classé sous les noms : odeurs, inconfort literie, et le reste, et si vous mesurez plus d'1M50, pensez à prendre RDV chez l'ostéopathe au retour!! donc cette douce sensation de se faire prendre pour des pigeons, et impossible d'avoir un peu d'intimité essentielle... et pas de hôte dans la cuisine...et au retour obligés de laver tous nos habits qui sentaient cette puanteur...bon week-end!!! à 640 euros...moi je dis que c'est pas cher payé!
