Pros:

部屋がカッコよくて清潔、駅近
歯ブラシとバスタオルとフェイスタオル6セット用意があって良かった
シャワールームも綺麗
大きい机があってよかった

テレビはない、3人だと問題ないが1人だと退屈かも

Lovely flat in fun lively location. Shame about the check-in and check-out times.
Pros:

Lovely spacious place with balcony.

Cons:

Check in was inflexible - 4pm. Check out was also inflexible at 10am. This meant we had wasted time before being able to access the flat.

Overall loved the location and stay! The staff were very responsive too!
Pros:

The location was amazing right near the Shimo-Kitazawa station. The view was incredible especially at sunset. The laundry was a nice touch plus the amount of towels provided

Cons:

There was a musky smell when we first entered. Once the air con was on and windows open it was fine. For the top bunk, not a lot of air flow so it was harder to sleep up there

Pros:

Excellent location for exploring Shimokitazawa. Quite large room, even for European standards. Plenty of space for opening luggage. Great with area to sit and open large window. Comfortable beds. Nice touch with coffee, snack, and water.

Cons:

Forgot that check in is 16 and that this is not a staffed hotel. Needed to store luggage, but found a great fix within a 3 minute walk. Just remember, especially if you are flying in as we did.

Pros:

Best location! We really appreciated the generous balcony and being right in the centre of Shimokitazawa. Very spacious and clean and no shortage of fun and amazing food right on the door step. Loved it!

What we loved

A great find in Tokyo, in such a cool area, just two minutes from the train station and the vintage shopping district. We stayed in an apartment on the 5th floor with lovely views over the city.

This company really knows how to impress. Nice touches included ear plugs, chocolate popcorn, and a facial spray and moisturiser in the bathroom. The apartment itself was spacious and really well done.

We only stayed one night on our way out, and wished we'd discovered this place on the way in instead. We'll definitely rebook here.

Two large double beds - bunk beds.

A couple of practical notes: there's no reception, so you log in yourself. You pre-register your passports and get a pin code, so make sure you do this in advance before you arrive on-site. Wifi was good, and there's a washing machine in the apartment too.

Cons:

What we didn't like

Please add some tea options for non-coffee drinkers; only coffee was offered.
Other than that, couldn't fault this place. I've travelled all around the world, and this was amazing. Nice work !!!

Disappointing!
Pros:

Excellent location

Cons:

The property's biggest advantage is its excellent location, but unfortunately it didn't offer good value for money. Although it is advertised as sleeping four people, the sleeping arrangements are misleading. The beds are very small, and the loft room is only really suitable for one person at most. As a result, my teenage children ended up sleeping on the sofas.

The property is also looking quite tired and would benefit from some updating and general refurbishment. Given the price, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and accommodation.

Great location!!! Big room with a nice little kitchen area.
There are tons of shops and restaurants stores right outside the hotel.

I absolutely would stay again at this location! And I’m looking forward to doing just that!

The property was convenient to everything, train station, food, shopping, entertainment I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Cons:

The property needs minor improvements, such as painting, or getting rid of the scuff marks on the walls. Just a little fleshing up would be great. I also think having hooks for towels and clothing. If you want to hang up your towels and or clothing—just a simple hook on the wall would do. I had to hang my towels everywhere other than that I was very happy.

Would retun - love it
Pros:

Very spacious. Incredible location- we loved this area- so much to do on foot, super chilled compared to many other suburbs, great restaurants near by, supermarket across the street- apartment very easy to access, clean. Would stay again.

Cons:

Very loud at night if you like to sleep with windows open (we do). Not the fault of the accommodation- location has bars/ restaurants down stairs. With windows closed it would be better.

Great place in an amazing location
Pros:

Great place, the area is fantastic! Comfortable stay, we had 2 adults and 2 children. Easy, secure and so close to great food, drinks, vintage stores and interesting shops. The balcony is great and the place is really spacious too.
