Pros:

Fantastic location and a very well considered space. Great lighting, quiet, easy access great layout too.. ice amount of natural.light and favorite shower in Japan...loved the industrial vibe and colour selections.

Cons:

There is not a lot of kitchen space..this is common in Japan. I don't know how people do dishes or cook with such little bench space.

Truly Perfect Location. Very stylish design house, Spacious and Comfortable living hall, spacious and clean wash room. Nice kitchen. Very satisfied to stay here. Il come back again when visit Tokyo next year. Full recommended.

Cons:

Door entrance just in front of lift. Too colorful. Get shock when first arrived.

Cons:

Our stay wasnt that great to be honest. The apartment was quite dirty, a lot of dust everywhere, food crumbs along beds, shower dirty, toilet floor not cleaned and smear marks on the doors (a huge jam or blood like mark on the bathroom sliding door) light switches were filthy and TV had many hand smear marks all over. There is a lot of damage, wear and tear to the property and it hasn't been maintained. One of the beds also had a bow in it so it couldnt be slept in. We stayed at Shinjinku property before this and it was a complete different experience. For this price I wished we had stayed somewhere else.

L’emplacement, le salon spacieux et 3 lit doubles

Cons:

La propreté du lavabo de la salle de bain
Un peu compliqué pour faire le Check in sur la tablette et déverrouiller la porte puisqu’il n’y avait personne

Awesome location! Would stay again!
Pros:

Location straight across the road from Nakano Broadway!

Spacious area very nice!

Cons:

Only issue we had was the washing machine/dryer but they very quick to rectify and get our washing sorted!

Excellent quirky apartment in a great location
Pros:

Very quirky design. Excellent location. Equipped with all facilities and appliances you could need as well as toiletries

Cons:

It would have been nice to have blackout blinds but this wasn’t too much of an issue

大はしゃぎは出来なかったけど楽しかった
Pros:

ベットが全部ツインで寝やすい！大きい鏡とか映えるものが多い！

Cons:

壁が薄く上の歩く音走る音が一日中丸聞こえだし、扉の下に隙間があるから声が大きくなくても丸聞こえなのと玄関の外は結構怖い
あとは電気がもっと細かく区切って消したりできたらいいなと思いました。

Amazing apartment for a family or group of friends. Lots of space but still great design choices.
Pros:

This apartment was great for our family - had all the inclusions we needed.

Cons:

Would have been good to have more direct contact with the staff - it is very automated with the check in on an iPad.
