It's apparent that upon arrival to the apartment, the owners wanted to create a vibe and they succeeded. Once you exit the elevator yougreeted by tasteful graffiti at the entrance to the apartment. The entrance nook has a chilled hip and modern style to it. The kind that makes your inner child go, "Coooool!"
Once you enter, be prepared to enter a cozy industrial SPACIOUS apartment with great amenities and plenty of space to rest your feet. This place was a reset for me after running into a series of subpar options in Tokyo the week before. I kicked off my shoes, loaded my laundry, took a nice hot shower, found a plush stop to plop and started to design to my heart's content.
I am writing this lengthy review because as of last night, this place will always hold a dear place in my heart. It is where I designed the cold open for the art manga that I am preparing to publish these next few months to come. My creativity was lit up. It was a joy and a door opener for my future dreams to come true.
I highly suggest this place if you are an artist, family, small group or anyone who wants a comfortable spot with a treasure chest of creative energy. This was the place I was seeking for a long time.
I will return, without a doubt. If anything to pay homage to Illi Esu.

Small thing, but I had a challenge identifying the correct building upon entry. Just look for the Kebabs. The owner is very humble and nice.

Space, lots of room for family of 5. Location was great . Washing machine and hanging racks for clothes was appreciated.
It seemed unfinished . Like it was half though a Reno. It also needs a repaint there are a few stains on the walls

It was a bit difficult to find the adress and then the iPad Check in was a bit complex : we did the check in on the 7th floor but the flat was on the 8th, which was not self explanatory. Also it mentioned a 4 digit pin while the pin was much longer
The entire apartment was very nicely renovated and spacious beyond what the photos show.

Fantastic location and a very well considered space. Great lighting, quiet, easy access great layout too.. ice amount of natural.light and favorite shower in Japan...loved the industrial vibe and colour selections.
There is not a lot of kitchen space..this is common in Japan. I don't know how people do dishes or cook with such little bench space.
Truly Perfect Location. Very stylish design house, Spacious and Comfortable living hall, spacious and clean wash room. Nice kitchen. Very satisfied to stay here. Il come back again when visit Tokyo next year. Full recommended.
Door entrance just in front of lift. Too colorful. Get shock when first arrived.
Great size & location
Our stay wasnt that great to be honest. The apartment was quite dirty, a lot of dust everywhere, food crumbs along beds, shower dirty, toilet floor not cleaned and smear marks on the doors (a huge jam or blood like mark on the bathroom sliding door) light switches were filthy and TV had many hand smear marks all over. There is a lot of damage, wear and tear to the property and it hasn't been maintained. One of the beds also had a bow in it so it couldnt be slept in. We stayed at Shinjinku property before this and it was a complete different experience. For this price I wished we had stayed somewhere else.

Only issue we had was the washing machine/dryer but they very quick to rectify and get our washing sorted!
