Overall misleading property with terrible customer service.
Cons:

I was mislead thinking it was a hotel and would have separate keys per guest rather than one key for 3 people, doing different activities. When I reached out about extra keys, they told me you could put the key back in the lock box and share the code, but when you have different plans and have to trust everyone to remember to return the key it becomes problematic. It also took me 20 minutes to find the property since its actual name is "One Stage", where there is also no signage besides "One Stage". The third "bed"/futon also had an extremely hard bar that went against your back which was unusable for me since I had a bad back medically. When I reached out the first night, they did not help my problems and we had to eat the costs and find another hotel for our 5 night stay. Unfortunately we had also booked this spot for my last night later on in the trip and when I reached out about cancelation for that they did not even try to give me a discount on the cancelation, even though I canceled 7 days in advance and they also knew I canceled and did not stay at the property the first 5 night stay. Overall misleading property with terrible customer service.

廚房設施有。東西齊全。

Cons:

右邊床好像是壞的。成年男性躺上去 整個床都在晃。完全不穩。 因為害怕床會塌。整個晚上睡的小心翼翼的 很不舒服。本來預計是因為以為有從這裡出發的直達機場的巴士。 但是地鐵站比booking上的步行距離遙遠兩百米左右。

Pros:

All basic amenities were provided. The bathroom has a humidifier function, so when you hang your clothes to dry after doing laundry the night before, they are dry by the next morning.

Cons:

There are 3 beds but there was only one split unit AC in the whole house, that was in living room. While that wouldn't be a problem during Spring and Winter, but that would be something else in Summer. Apart from that, everything was great. I would certainly come back to stay here again.

המיקום עצמו בטוקיו במצוין! התחנת רכבת עם שתי קווים דיי מרכזיים אבל במרחק הליכה מהרכבת לבית קצת ארוך מידי בערך 10 דקות וכל פעם לעשות את זה שאתה עם קניות או עייף זה קצת מתיש אבל חוץ מזה הכל מושלם מושלם מושלם!!!

Well described and spacious. Good value for if you have 3 people planning to be out and about most of the time
Pros:

The property was well described and it was easy to find. It also had 3 beds set up and was one of the larger properties I stayed in during my Japan trip. It has a nice skyline view too which was a nice surprise

Cons:

The property was not as clean as all other properties I stayed in. There were dirty marks on the wall, the smell was off and the toilet was unclean to a level that I had not seen in Japan. The flush was also broken so that caused issue for the first night. However, the host was responsive and sent a cleaner the next morning to clean the toilet and fix the flush, which was useful.

Pros:

The whole room is pretty; location wise, personally I love it, given it is away from the crowded scene, but pretty convenient (one train ride to Shibuya or Shinjuku or Ikebukuro).

Cons:

The bed smells… like we tried to put the floral scent spray provided, but there’s a weird smell on it.

Cosy spot away from main Ikebukuro
Pros:

Lovely little apartment. It had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, was easy to get to and in a quiet neighbourhood tucked away from the centre of Ikebukuro. Highly recommend this place!

Cons:

No lift made it a little hard to get to the third floor with heavy cases but this wouldn't stop us booking again!

整體來說非常的棒，小朋友也非常喜歡。
Pros:

住宿地點離車站有段距離，大約要走10分鐘左右，但是可以在巷弄間穿梭也是一件令人開心的事情。房間內有餐具和簡易廚房設備，方便我們在房內用餐。房間內有舒適的床，還有洗衣機，讓我們長時間的住宿可以洗衣服，晾衣服可以在浴室裡面開啟乾燥功能，效果非常好，我們非常滿意。

Cons:

建議可以增加浴室前的吸水地墊，洗完澡出來後不會讓地板弄得濕濕的。可以增加1~2張的餐椅，也可以使用凳子，目前只有兩張椅子，我們兩大兩小在用餐時比較沒有足夠的椅子用餐。另外衣架希望也可以多增加一點。
