Je recommande cet endroit situé à 1 station de métro d’ikebukuro qui est un super quartier de Tokyo
Pros:

Il était propre et situé dans un bon quartier très agréable

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème de chasse d’eau et personne n’est venu la réparer

チェックイン、チェックアウトの仕方の説明がなかった。説明の表示もなかった。アパートの前で連絡先に電話して、入り方を聞かないとわからなかった。置いてあったコップ類はきれいとは言えなかった。使い捨てのスリッパもひとつしかなかった。

Weak wifi, not enough kitchen utensils to cook proper meals, the beds are shaky (one broke during our stay)

麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，坪數不大，但是很溫馨，雖然不是很新的房子，但是卻整理得很乾淨溫馨😊

Good amenities, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Washing machine and detergent, iron. Equipped kitchen and fridge freezer.

Good, decent, basic but has everything you need for Tokyo. We were out all day just coming back to rest mostly.

No noise in evenings.

Would use again.

Zentrale, gut angebundene, trotzdem ruhige Lage, viel Platz, sehr sauber und komfortabel, tolle Kommunikation mit Person

2度と泊まりたくない
Pros:

お風呂場のシャワーの勢いが強い

Cons:

とにかく部屋が汚い。清掃が全くされていない。床にはゴミやら埃やら髪の毛がたくさん。ベット下は埃だらけでお金も落ちていた。お風呂はカビ。エアコンは埃とカビで健康被害の恐れあり。

アメニティ類が足りなさすぎる。具体的には汚い床なのにスリッパなし（汚い床を素足で）。時計の電池切れ。ファブリーズが空の状態で放置。3名で3泊予定でしたがトイレットペーパーが1つだけ。すぐに持って来ると言いながら翌日の15時と言い、予定時間にも持ってこない始末。
