Outstanding Group Stay – Clean, Convenient, and Exceptional Service
Pros:

Booked 10 rooms for a multi-night business trip and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, accommodating, and provided top-notch service the entire stay. The hotel was spotless — truly clean as a whistle — and the location couldn’t have been more convenient with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and everything we needed. Coordinating a group this size can be stressful, but they made it seamless. Highly recommend for both business and personal travel.

Walk to All of Denver
Pros:

Ideal location, walkable to everything you wanna do/see in downtown Denver. Front desk staff is cool & extremely accommodating. Free parking meters on Sundays all around the hotel

Super place to stay for a downtown Denver getaway
Pros:

The room I had was fantastic with a sitting area and a comfy bed.
The location was great - right near the Auraria cmpus and close to downtown Denver - Larimer Street specifically.
A great location if you need to do business in downtown Denver, have something going on on-campus, or if you're in town for a sporting event.

Cons:

The only drawback that I can think of is that sometimes traffic in the area can get backed up (rush hours).
Also, being close to major streets means typical traffic noises and sirens from time to time.

We love this place because of the location.

It's getting older looking and all they do is hike up the price to a ridiculous amount of money for what it is.

Very nice, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

It was clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The only thing I had a problem with is the tv. The last day we spent on location. The tv would not change channel no matter what I tried with the remote.

Perfect service
Pros:

My goodness what a delightful surprise. We stayed here twice in the last two weeks, family emergency in California meant we had to drive from the Midwest to the Bay Area and back. Both times on our check-in we were exhausted. Jack and Cameron at the front desk were charming and welcoming on both occasions and quickly got us into our room and even helped with dinner recommendations. On our last night there we left the next morning really early just after 6 AM, but Ernesto cheerfully got us our car and had us on our way in moments. Will definitely be back.
