Overall the environment was excellent from loppy tell the corridor . There was an attachment café corners which serves so many guests and passing through people's
Honestly I was a frequent customer to this hotel but things which really i was surprised off that the percentage of cleanliness was dropped.. I had founded spme broken glass on sided of the cupboard .. also tissue was only provided at the toilet.. I was itching all night when I cover up with the blanket I don't know why ..

The spacious rooms and close to airport.
The hotel is close to services and is considered a good option for families because it offers a conservative atmosphere and simple accommodation.
The ventilation in the hotel is poor; when someone cooks in the neighboring room, all the smells reach your room. There is no sound insulation, and the room does not have bedding.

Tv is not smart enough, may they need to add smart tv with watching platforms
the apartment was very clean and upto mark. the facilities were also very good in apartment.
The 1 room size was little small.

أعجبني موقع الفندق في بانوراما مول وبه جميع الخدمات وقربه من المولات وأشكر الموظفة فاطمة الوهيبي التي قامت بسرعة إجراءات الحجز بوقت قياسي وأبلغتني بالمرافق الموجودة بالفندق.
وكذلك أخص بالشكر والإمتنان للموظف سالم الهاشمي على تجاوبه السريع وغير لك غرفة أخرى حيث كانت الغرفة السابقة فيها ريحة طبخ من الغرفة المجاورة
كل شي ممتاز ولا توجد لدي أي ملاحظات

أعجبني :
1- مساحة الغرفه .
2- السرير مريح .
لم يعجبني :
قمت بالحجز عن طريق بوكينج شقه من غرفتين وصاله وتم خصم المبلغ من بطاقتي مباشره وتم تأكيد الحجز عن طريق اخي وكان متواجد بنفس الفندق وتم إعطائه رقم الغرفه في برج 4 وعند حضوري للفندق في الساعه 4 عصرا ، أبلغني موظف الفندق ( عماني الجنسيه ) بأن الشقه تم أخذها من قبل مجموعة سياحيه !!! وانه سوف يعطيني غرفه وصاله + غرفه وصاله ،، فقلت له لماذا تم أخذ الشقه بالرغم من خصم المبلغ والتأكيد على الحجز مسبقا ؟؟؟ وهذه نقطه سلبيه تتسهل على الفندق وانا عميل قديم لديهم ،، وليس من حق الفندق تبديل غرفة النزيل مهما كان في حالة خصم المبلغ والتأكيد على الحجز هاتفيا او بواسطة شخص قريب يحضر للفندق ويؤكد الحجز ،، وهذه ليست المره الاولى فقد حصل هذا الموقف مع والدي ،، وأخي.
وانا ولله الحمد سكنت في فنادق كثيره في أوروبا وغيرها لم يحصل لدي نفس هذا الموقف ابدا .
2- موظف الاستقبال ( عماني الجنسيه ) لا أذكر اسمه بالضبط ولكنه يرتدي نظارة طبيه ولديه لحية خفيفه ارجو تحسين اسلوبه وطريقة حديثه مع النزلاء ولا يتطرق في أمور خارجيه ( حيث تحدثت معه عن تمديد الى الساعه 4 عصرا إن أمكن،،، فرد عليه بان هناك زحمه شديده ولا يستطيع وان المسموح لي حتى الساعه 2 ظهرا ،، فقلت له هل هناك مناسبه( كمهرجان او معرض ) ؟ فرد علي بان اكثر القادمين من دبي بسبب ( الحرب ) !!!
( والله على ما أقول شهيد ) يا اخي ما دخل الحرب في زحمة الفندق بالرغم من انني دخلت على الموقع ورأيت غرف وشقق كثيره متوفره ؟؟!!
والأمر متروك لإدارة الفندق للعمل لما تراه مناسبا.

Vriendelijk personeel, fijne kamer en fijn zwembad. Waren een dagje vanwege een lange overstap, maar was echt een fijne rust dag. Alles op de kamer was aanwezig, fijn e shopping mall en perfect zwembad
