We spent 10 nights at Levation Muscat and had a very pleasant stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were consistently helpful, courteous, and welcoming. The reception team was attentive, the restaurant staff were friendly, and every request for room service was handled promptly. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all the amenities we needed, which made our long stay very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of choices to suit different preferences.
A special thank you to Ali, who deserves a particular mention for his warm welcome and kindness every morning at breakfast. He was always attentive, making sure that all our needs were taken care of and starting our day with a smile.
One of the highlights for our family was definitely the swimming pool. It is large, clean, and offers a stunning view over the city. My kids absolutely loved spending time there every evening, and it was the perfect way to relax after a day out.
Overall, Levation Muscat offers a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly experience with genuinely caring staff. We really enjoyed our 10-night stay and will definitely choose Levation again on our next trip to Oman. Highly recommended!

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.
I would especially like to thank a staff member named, if I remember correctly, ( Faryaz ), for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. His friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even more pleasant.
