Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The air conditioning was cold and very comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary water and instant coffee provided. The shower heater worked perfectly, and it was great to have access to an iron as well. The internet connection was strong and reliable, which made it easy to get work done. The location is also convenient, with nearby stores for essentials. Overall, the ambiance was pleasant and everything about the stay was smooth and satisfying.

So clean unit..2nd time to book here. Good location though 10 to 15 min walk to smx, i count it as exercise as the condo is nearer to Double dragon, edsa side. Unit is near the pool, pool side view. Almost all essentials are provided, even insectides for maybe some unwanted small guests (insects )..ms Noemi is an awesome host. Quick to respond to queries.

Cons:

None really. If i had a chance again i will book again in this unit.

Great location and comfortable stay in Pasay
Pros:

I really liked the location of S Residences. It’s strategically positioned in Pasay, very close to key areas and important points of interest. The room had everything I needed, and the communication with the property was excellent.

Pros:

La disponibilidad del anfritión es perfecta, siempre responde pronto y de forma muy amable, incluso a consultas no relacionadas directamente con el departamento. Está perfectamente equipado el departamento, todo a disponibilidad del huésped.

Cons:

Hay alguna que otra cucaracha, pero parece ser algo habitual de la ciudad, y el anfritrión ofreció un servicio de limpieza gratuito a mitad de la estadía.

We had a very pleasant stay at this condotel. The owner and staff were accommodating, friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great value for a short stay
Pros:

Location: Waltermart is across the building with 24hrs KFC and Jollibee.
Bed is comfortable and internet was fast. I was able to submit my school project on time. Very responsive host

Cons:

Because it is a condo, there is no baggage storage.
