Küche ‚ Bad doch ziemlich abgenutzt, Duschbrause kaputt, Badezimmertür verzogen und konnte nicht geschlossen werden, Appartement für 6 Personen nutzbar… aber nur 4 Gabeln, Löffel, Stühle …eine Klimaanlage war nicht zu regulieren

Pros:

Bien placé au cœur de Lisbonne

Cons:

Aucunes communications positives avec le gestionnaire, seule une IA totalement inopérante réponds des réponses totalement inutiles.
De plus les parties communes sont Sales et l’appartement était tres bruyant .

Great modern flat, amazing location, and good value for money!
Pros:

Great location, very modern flat and well taken care of; lift in the building; the two bedroom flat had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was helpful and great closet storage; great host communication as well with self check-in option.

Cons:

The staircase upstairs to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom is a very narrow and winding spiral maisonnette style one - it is impossible to bring a suitcase up with it and needs to be stored in the living room or downstairs bedroom, which had great closet storage space.
Would not recommend for anybody with accessibility issues (or they would just sleep in the downstairs bedroom)

Buen apartamento, malos huéspedes y no hubo gestores.

Casi todo. Apartamento top.

Cons:

Todo pudo irse al traste porque apareció un grupo sorpresa a las 4 de la tarde, ebrios, voceando, dejando abiertas varias habitaciones y gritando y saltando por las escaleras, portales y zonas comunes. Cómo no hay personal, nadie podía regular ese comportamiento. Finalmente unas horas después ya no hubo ruidos de esos huéspedes. Aunque tratamos de comunicar la situación a los gestores, tuvimos que hacerlo a través de mensajes de wasap, y nos pedían a nosotros mandar videos de la situación. Muy mal, nosotros no somos el personal ni la seguridad del bloque. Que contraten trabajadores para evitar estas situaciones desagradables. Tampoco nos compensaron esas horas de malestar de ninguna forma. Afortunadamente, en la noche se pudo descansar.

Pros:

La Ubicacion.

Cons:

Al utilizar la lavadora o lavavajilla, se disparaba el switch del tablero principal de energia, al parecer no soporta la carga.

Lamentablemente el sofacama, como cama hace muchisimo ruido, y no es comodo el colchon de este sofacama.

Was fine for couple days. Location was excellent
