Pros:

La camera e la posizione

Cons:

Non mi sono trovato bene con il sistema del check-in senza reception perché nel box che mi avevano assegnato non c'erano le chiavi e dopo aver contattato la responsabile abbiamo atteso 2 ore l'arrivo di 2 signore che non parlavano nemmeno l'inglese.
Alla fine siamo riusciti a entrare con 2ore di ritardo rispetto all'orario prestabilito per il check-in.

Sehr gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis - ideal für kurze Tripps.
Pros:

Lage ideal zum Josephinum und Anatomie der MedUni. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und gemütlich, Sauberkeit sehr gut und auch die Kücheuntensilien waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Leider war ich nur eine Nacht vor Ort beruflich - ist sicher auch privat für Wienaufenthalt sehr geeignet, wenn man aufs Budget schauen muss.

Cons:

Kein eigener Parkplatz - aber die beiden TG sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist ganz ok, Preis - gut / Service - durchzogen
Pros:

Ich war schon das 3. Mal hier, die Lage ( besonders die Nähe zum Studentenwohnheim) ist für mich immer wieder ausschlaggebend vorteilhaft!
Dieses Mal hatte ich 2 Freundinnen dabei, und somit die große Wohnung - Die Betten sind super fein zum schlafen, die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Code für die Schlüsselkästen funktionierte wieder sehr gut - und die Putzfrau kam jeden 2. Tag und hat die Handtücher erneuert & den Müll mitgenommen. .

Cons:

Es fehlen immer noch, Geschirrtücher um etwas abzutrocknen, die Putzfrau hinterließ uns schwarze lange Haare ( wir sind alle 3 blond) und richtig ärgerlich fand ich, dass das Klopapier nicht bzw. Erst nachdem wir uns selbst gekauft hatten ( an Tag 3 ausgetauscht und aufgefüllt wurde, obwohl es bereits beinahe leer war bei unserer Ankunft.

Tolle Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen
Pros:

Sehr guter Preis, nahe am Zentrum, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, renovierte Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern

Alles perfekt für einen 3 tägigen Sightseeing Trip in Wien

Für eine Nacht kann man das Zimmer nehmen
Pros:

Das Bett war sauber und frisch bezogen.

Cons:

Die Sanitäranlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Eine neue WC-Brille wäre sicher keine große Anschaffung, aber gleich viel ansehnlicher. Und mein Tipp, das WC mit Ameisensäure putzen, dann ist der Urinstein und die Braunfärbung weg. Die Dusche hatte einige Schimmelflecken.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a 18 minutos caminando del palacio de Sisi el centro y las tiendas, a 15 minutos caminando de la principal estación de trenes

Cons:

En general todo bien, confuso que alquile un apto y llegue y no había nadie en el sitio, me enviaron un correo que me presentara en un hotel y fue donde me quedé muy bueno. Solo perdí la tarifa de un Uber

Pros:

Не далеко від центру міста. Апартаменти невеликі, якщо на один день- то нормально. На фотографіях була окрема кімната з дверима, а по факту дверей не було. Диван дуже скрипів, а за відсутності дверей ми зі спальні усю ніч чули перевертання дитини.

Не відповідає фотографіям, жарко, чути сусідів

We enjoyed the location as it was near to the center of the city but away from all the chaos of a big city.

Cons:

There was not enough toilet paper. The was a lot of noise if you kept the windows open from other appartments.
