A city that speaks for itself
Pros:

Great apartment for visiting Vienna! The room was comfortable and well equipped, and what really stood out was the daily cleaning service — not something you usually get in an apartment rental, so that was a very nice touch.

The kitchen was practical and had everything we needed, which helped us save money on breakfasts. The location in the 9th district is excellent — close to the Ringstrasse and easy access to the metro for reaching all the main attractions.

Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Vienna, especially first-timers. We had a great stay!

Cons:

The only thing missing was a bidet or water spray next to the toilet — only toilet paper was available. This is an important need for many guests, especially Muslim travellers. Would be a great addition for the host to consider.

Pros:

Struttura pulita, camere mansardate molto silenziose e in una buona posizione rispetto al centro. Ben arredata e gli spazi ottimizzati.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo particolarmente caldo, e la mancanza di aria condizionata si è sentita. Oltretutto nella camera da letto separata non si poteva aprire la finestra, rendendo lo spazio soffocante. Le tende non oscuravano affatto la luce e la doccia perdeva acqua, creando una grande pozza in tutto il bagno.

Great, although I didn't spend much time indoors
Pros:

My apartment was more spacious than I expected (including the bathroom). There was no need to go to some other part of Vienna to get the key (as some older reviews state), since there were key boxes at the entrance.

Cons:

The private kitchen was equipped nicely (including sponge and detergent). I was just missing something to dry the dishes with.

Nettes kleines Appartement in sehr zentraler, ruhiger Lage!
Pros:

Lage für die Sportveranstaltung am Rathausplatz ideal! Liegt sehr zentral!

Cons:

Die Verwendung einer großen Bettdecke für ein Doppelbett ist in Österreich eher nicht üblich und auch nicht wirklich bequem.

Номер №11 невеликий, всі зручності у немері є. Ліжка з нормальними матрацами. Кофемашина є.

За свої гроші нормальний вибір, мабуть ще би раз вибрав цей отель. Без шику, але досить нормально

На перший погляд номер №6 не зовсім зручний, но на другу добу вже нормально. Повноцінна кухня, пральна машина, одна гарна кровать. Зручне розташування щоб пішки прогулятись до історичного центра

Pros:

Location was good. It was tucked away from the main streets and still close to trams and food. Spacious room with area to spread out our stuff. Had a well equipped kitchen.

Cons:

On the first floor, right next to the buildings main entry door. The door slammed shut when people excited and until about 11pm. A couple of times, small groups gathered outside our window to smoke and we could easily hear them. The toilet area in the bathroom was small, like toes touching the wall in front of you when seated close. Had to leave into the main bathroom area to pull pants up.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

Hébergement très propre, lits sont très confortables, cuisine bien équipée. Un hébergement exceptionnel, si on pouvait donné une note exceptionnelle plus que 10, j'aurais dû le faire sans hésitation. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, et j'y reviendrai la prochaine fois sûrement. Merci beaucoup à l'hôte.
