Pros:

Az apartman szép és tiszta, a környék is nagyszerű. A kuponos reggeli mindkét étteremben nagyon finom volt. Mivel már délben Varsóban voltunk a recepción el tudtuk helyezni a csomagokat. Pár méterre két élelmiszerbolt is található amelyek este 11-ig nyitva vannak. A belváros autóval 15-20 perc alatt elérhető, a tömegközeledést nem próbáltuk.

Sehr gute und ruhige Wohnung, in der man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann.
Pros:

Einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir den Link zur Anmeldeadresse. Vor Ort konnten wir direkt vor dem Büro parken und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir wurden umfassend und hilfreich informiert. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine bezahlbare Tiefgarage, von der man direkt in das Gebäude gelangt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, das Bad groß und bestens ausgestattet. Das Bett ist komfortabel und die Matratze von sehr guter Qualität. Die Küche enthält alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Ich habe bisher noch nie eine Unterkunft mit voller Punktzahl bewertet – diese Wohnung hat die 10 absolut verdient.

Cons:

Die Stühle in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon könnten etwas bequemer sein, oder zusätzlich gute Stuhlkissen haben. Für uns waren die Holzstühle ein wenig zu hart.

W miarę dobra lokalizacja

Cons:

Bardzo niewygodna kanapa rozkładana jakby się spało na twardej desce. Głośna lodówka. Brak fotela w salonie. Mało kubków i talerzy. Nie działąjący zegar. Zbyt nisko zamocowana lampa nad łózkiem w sypialni,córka uderzyła się w głowę. Nie działające gniazdko prawe pod tv. Tuner ułożony w szafce bez możliwości sterowania pilotem. W zamrażalce pozostawiony rozmrożony lód po poprzednich właścicielach. Na pewno tutaj nie wrócimy.

Due giorni a Varsavia
Pros:

Tutto.
L’appartamento era ben tenuto, pulito, ben arredato e attrezzato di tutto.
Vicino a supermarket, fermate metro e tram. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente la zona nuova di Varsavia, la zona dei grattacieli.

Następnym razem bym wybrał raczej hotele w pobliżu Ronda Daszyńskiego.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i wielkość mieszkania były w porządku, ale poza tym trudno wskazać mocne strony tego pobytu.

Cons:

Apartament był niestety brudny – brudne podłogi, czarne od kurzu firanki oraz zabrudzony materac w łóżeczku dziecięcym. Łóżko skrzypiało tak mocno, że utrudniało to spanie. Śniadania serwowane są w lokalach oddalonych o ok. 300 m od budynku, więc brakuje wygody typowej dla hotelu ze śniadaniem na miejscu. Miejsce parkingowe znajdowało się w osobnym budynku, a przydzielone nam miejsce(207) miało wejście ustawione pomiędzy dwoma słupami, co bardzo utrudniało otwarcie drzwi i wniesienie/wyniesienie dziecka. Dodatkowo nie otrzymaliśmy kodów do tamtej klatki, więc nie mogliśmy z niej swobodnie korzystać. Podróżowaliśmy z niemowlakiem, więc te niedogodności były szczególnie uciążliwe.

Момент с кодом от домофона, было бы лучше написать его где-то на брелке от ключей. Мы листочек забыли в номере и пришлось поздно вечером звонить и беспокоить хозяина квартиры.

Pros:

Апартаменты в целом очень понравились. Особенно хочется отметить прекрасный балкон — его форму, простор и возможность открыть окно в спальне через балкон так, чтобы свежий воздух поступал без сквозняка. Большой плюс — отличное месторасположение.

Cons:

Из пожеланий по улучшению:
● настенные часы на кухне не работали;
● в ванной комнате не хватало полноценной шторки: короткая прозрачная перегородка не полностью защищала пол от брызг;
● отсутствовало удобное место для сушки полотенец (полотенцесушитель работает только сезонно, а погода не всегда позволяла сушить вещи на балконе);
● система включения телевизора с декодером показалась довольно сложной и не очень интуитивной;
● в холле был сильный запах краски, а также было душно;
● на кухне не хватало ножниц;
● выход на балкон немного неудобный — не хватало небольшой ступеньки;
● было бы приятно иметь покрывало на кровати;
● лично я предпочитаю душ вместо ванны, но это уже вопрос индивидуальных предпочтений.

Что касается 🍳завтраков: конечно, их нельзя сравнивать с полноценным шведским столом в отелях, но для лёгкого утреннего перекуса вполне достаточно. Если вы ожидаете большой выбор десертов, выпечки и фруктов — этого здесь нет. Завтраки проходят в двух локациях рядом с местом проживания, что удобно.

Komfortowy, rodzinny wyjazd aby pokazać Warszawę - apartament i jego lokalizacja bardzo pozytywne.

Korzystna lokalizacja, czystość, w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie, wygodna kuchnia, komfortowa łazienka, wiatrak, parking podziemny, bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Nie działający domofon, brak klimatyzacji (tutaj wiatrak pomagał), jednej nocy słychać było basy dochodzące z zewnątrz budynku (jakaś impreza), niestety przy otwartych oknach (brak klimatyzacji).

Great location, apartment had everything one can need for comfortable stay. Minimalistinis design that feels familiar and comfortable, so the stay is indeed stress free and pleasant. Owners were extremely helpful and addressed my questions and inquiries fast. I’d love to stay again 😌
