L’accueil, l’amabilité, la serviabilité, la gentillesse . J’ai réservé à la toute dernière minute car ma réservation par last minute était insalubre. Je n’ai pas pu rester. Merci booking et merci Happy Life . Je vous recommande vivement ✨👌🏻

Cons:

La non discrétion des voisins de palier. Ils auraient pu respecter de parler moins fort dans le couloir et d’éviter de faire claquer la porte à chaque entrée et sorti du logement.

Posizione ottima, eravamo in sei per casa e lo spazio era sufficiente. Host molto gentile, ci ha messo a disposizione ombrelloni e teli per spiaggia. Inoltre, ha trovato alcuni oggetti dimenticati, ci ha contattati immediatamente e siamo riusciti a recuperarli prima della partenza

In generale il soggiorno è stato buono, l'unica cosa un po' da migliorare sono i letti un po' piccoli e il divanoletto non troppo comodo

It was spacious… I liked the roof top terrace and the location with easy access into the city and water front.

Cons:

I didn’t think it was five star as advertised, i didn’t like the ground floor orientation, very noisy throughput the night outside and the cat kept trying to get into my room. No access to the hot tub without paying a silly amount to use. Definitely not five star as I have a portfolio of Uk air BnB and mine are 5* this was not I am afraid.

All in all I enjoyed the stay but think it should be advertised for what it is and for cheaper than I paid.

Es war eine schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Wir haben 4 Tage in Alicante verbracht und das Apartment war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Die Lage ist sehr zentral – in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die charmanten kleinen Gassen der Altstadt, und der Strand ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt.

Die Kommunikation mit Marina war ausgezeichnet. Alle unsere Anliegen wurden in kürzester Zeit gelöst, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, was wir ausdrücklich hervorheben möchten. Wir würden definitiv wieder dasselbe Apartment buchen.

Wichtig zu erwähnen: Es gibt zwei verschiedene Häuser des Hotels. Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das Haus Nr. 59.

Très agréable moment à Alicante dans ce logement !
Pros:

- Très bon accueil et disponibilité par Marina, la gérante (que je remercie) !
- Arrivée facile, sans clés, tout fonctionnait avec digicodes permettant d'arriver à toute heure et sans besoin de s'encombrer avec des clés pendant le séjour avec le risque éventuel de les perdre.
- Logement propre, fonctionnel, avec tout le matériel nécessaire.
- Pas besoin de faire le ménage avant le départ (déjà inclus dans la réservation)
- Emplacement idéal, à proximité directe de l'hypercentre et au pied du beau château de Santa Barbara. Tout pouvait se faire à pied pour ma part (commerces innombrables à 5 minutes à pied). Lignes de tram et de bus également à quelques minutes à pied en cas de besoin pour aller visiter d'autres lieux en périphérie (ou pour arriver de et/ou aller à l'aéroport).
- Il y a avait de l'eau potable à disposition gratuitement et en illimité (via une fontaine) ainsi qu'un rooftop commun aux locataires et accessible dans l'autre bâtiment (situé juste à côté).
- Très bon rapport qualité-prix dans l'ensemble (au tarif auquel j'ai pu bénéficier en tout cas) !

Cons:

- L'état des poêles et des casseroles en téflon, complètement usées (du fait des utilisations multiples et non soigneuses par les multiples clients précédents) et donc impropres à l'utilisation. Cela ne m'a nullement posé problème en soi car je l'avais anticipé et j'avais donc emporté avec moi une poêle et une casserole dans mes bagages.
Cette remarque est juste à titre informative pour les clients afin qu'ils puissent, comme moi, anticiper s'ils le veulent.

- Petit bémol également : le logement situé au niveau -1 ce qui faisait que cela manquait de luminosité. Cela reste un détail mineur selon moi car quand on vient en Espagne, c'est pour profiter du Soleil et donc être le plus souvent en extérieur.

posizione molto centrale

Cons:

deve essere chiaro nell'offerta che c'e' una rampa di scale a chiocciola fino al terzo piano, non c'è ascensore, spiegare che non è adatto a chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Deve essere chiaro che c'è un gatto nella struttura che tende ad entrare a tutti i costi nella stanza e se si tenta di farlo uscire scappa e può graffiare. Ci può essere qualcuno allergico al pelo dei gatti.
Va aggiornata l'informazione che offre la struttura per raggiungere l'Apart hotel. Il bus C6 dall'aeroporto va benissimo ma non esiste più la fermata consigliata di Alfonso de Sabio, motivo per cui abbiamo fatto tutto il giro e le fermate del bus fino a dover tornare all'aeroporto, non conoscendo la città. Inoltre il prezzo del biglietto del bus C6 è ora di euro 4.60 a testa.
Nell'angolo cottura ci avrebbe fatto comodo trovare quanto meno una bottiglia di acqua di cortesia.
E' piovuto parecchio durante il nostro soggiorno e la terrazza che è ricoperta di erba finta si è allagata, temevamo che l'acqua entrasse dentro la stanza. Bisognerebbe prevedere la possibilità che l'acqua defluisca per evitare le grandi pozzanghere che si sono formate.

Нам сподобалось абсолютно все: починаючи з комунікації і закінчуючи місцерозташуванням.
Місцерозташування дуже зручне - дуже швидко дійти пішки до пляжу, просто поруч замок Санта-Барбара, порт, кафе та ресторани, супермаркет, якщо хочете купити продуктів додому.
В апартаментах все ідеально чисто, є рушники, фен, праска, гладильна та сушильна дошка, також мікрохвильовка, чайник, електрична піч, холодильник та увесь необхідний посуд
Загалом усе - для комфортного проживання ❤️
Вай-фай працював добре та швидко🙂
Марина - дуже приємна господиня, завжди швидко відповідала на повідомлення, порадила цікаві місця, куди сходити в Аліканте та що спробувати ☺️
Обов’язково ще повернемось ще ☺️❤️
