الإفطار جيد

الشراشف كانت خفيفة جداا ولا تفي بالغرض
تعاملهم جاف جدا
قبل الخروج طلبت منهم نصف ساعة لكي اتأخر لاني انتظر سيارة تنقلني ولوجود عائلة معي لكن اللي في الاستقبال رفض فاضطررت الخروج الساعة 12 مساء
لن أكرر السكن فيه مرة اخرى
التعامل معي اهم من النظافة والسعر

المكان بكل امانة كويس للشخص اللي يبحث عن شقه ولا هي اول زيارة له لأسطنبول يعني يعرف اسطنبول كويس. بكل امانه عانيت في الباصات والمترو لاكن بعدين حولت على اوبر. المترو القريب منه الشقق كان تحت الصيانه وقت زيارتي. الاماكن اللي حول الشقق جدا زينه ورخيصة. حاول تاخذ الشقة المطله على المدينه.

Friendly staffs especially manager at the reception Mr.Ahmet, he was helpful beyond the expectation. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Totally home feel.

I was before the last year it was good but recently its very bad and not cleaned at all

If you requested early check in they refused and take from you a day fee before they allow you to inter the room.
There were insects and i have got insect allergies as reflected.
They give us a room different from our booking .
