Pros:

Przestronny, wygodny i świetnie wyposażony apartament. Pokój jest duży i komfortowy, dzięki czemu trzy osoby mogą bez problemu swobodnie funkcjonować. Duża łazienka to dodatkowy atut, a w aneksie kuchennym znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków i codziennego pobytu. Całość jest funkcjonalna, zadbana i zapewnia komfortowy wypoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam! Lokalizacja też świetna.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem był hałas dochodzący z ulicy. Oczywiście nie jest to wina hotelu, a podczas naszego pobytu dodatkowo świętowano zwycięstwa Hiszpanii na Mundialu, co wiązało się z dużym hałasem i niestety utrudniało zasypianie. Wąska ulica działa jak swoista studnia akustyczna, przez co odgłosy z zewnątrz są mocno słyszalne w apartamencie. W normalnych warunkach prawdopodobnie nie byłoby to aż tak uciążliwe.

Het was fantastische!
Pros:

Het is een geweldige accommodatie op een fantastische plek midden in het oude centrum (op 5 min van de centrale versmarkt).
Het is superruim (wij hadden de penthouse met 2 slaapkamers) en alle faciliteiten zijn er.

Cons:

Wij waren er met onze eigen auto en de ligging is dan een beetje onhandig. De straat is een-richtingsverkeer en dat maakt het lastig. Om alleen de bagage even in en uit te laden is het prima. Er is wel parkeergelegenheid op 10 min lopen van het verblijf.

Struttura nuovissima arredata molto bene, ampia e pulita, letto grande e comodo, cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Situata a due passi dal mercato e a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale ottima per girare la città. Se arrivi in macchina ci sono due parcheggi sotterranei a pagamento. Lo staff è super disponibile e gentile possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out

Cons:

Una piccola incomprensione ma forse non l’abbiamo capito noi. Il parcheggio a pagamento che ti consigliano hanno una tariffa agevolata mostrando la prenotazione, ma perché ciò avvenga bisogna recarsi alla desk in entrata del parcheggio appena si arriva e non alla fine altrimenti si paga per intero

A great little apartment in the awesome old town of Valencia
Pros:

Our room at the Fetén was awesome, like a mini apartment. Bed was comfy, it had a washer & drayer, as well as a mini fridge with a freezer section. I bought a bag of ice at the mini-market about 2 blocks aways, and had ice cold water throughout our 4 day stay. A great little apartment in the awesome old town of Valencia. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Las almohadas muy gruesas,imposible dormir con unas almohadas tan enormes.
Ya lo leí en otros comentarios cuando reservé, pensé que lo habían solucionado.
Porque comprar dos almohadas es algo sencillo y económico.

Pros:

De ligging was top! Het verblijf ligt vlakbij het centrum en quasi alles is op wandelafstand. Het appartement was ruim en had een gezellig terras. Qua hygiëne was het ook helemaal in orde.

Cons:

De receptie is pas bemand vanaf 10:30 ‘s morgens en sluit om 19:30. Buiten die uren is er niemand waarbij je eventuele bagage kunt achterlaten, vragen stellen,…
