Pros:

Очень приятные горничные. Хорошо убирали номер. Хороший завтрак, вкусная еда в ресторане.

Cons:

В туалете была сломана ручка двери, ребенок закрыл дверь и потом не смог сам выйти. На следующий день ручку подчинили.

Pros:

Завтрак хороший, номер просторный ( но вонь дикая).
Спа зона очень приятная.
На 5 звёзд отель явно не дотягивает.

Cons:

Запах из туалета просто убийственный!!!! Закрыли дверь в туалет, открыли окна и только тогда можно было хоть как то дышать.
Холодильник не работал. То есть он работал, но не охлаждал а нагревал. Благо на улице было холодно)
Один из дней вода в детском бассейне была горячей чем в джакузи. Детям было невозможно там находиться.
