La terrasse était très bien, l'appartement était très propre à notre arrivés. certe il fallait monter 6 etages à pieds mais nous étions au courant donc pas de problèmes.

Appartement bien situé mais vieillissant

Le meilleur point reste l’emplacement clairement !

Cons:

L’appartement est vieillissant et mal entretenu ! Il est juste bon pour dormir ! (Malheureusement les 2 chambres qui ne donne pas sur la rue, n’ont pas de rideaux, c’est du coup très compliqué de dormir le matin, l’été !)
Les deux salles de bains sont vraiment minuscule et en mauvaise état !
Certain carreaux de carrelage au sol dans le couloir principal sont cassés et décollé !
Les fenêtres n’isole pas du tout les bruits extérieurs (on entendait bien les travaux sur La Rambla)

La posizione eccellente sulla Rambla

Cons:

Mi hanno truffato con la tassa di soggiorno, all’arrivo era quasi duplicata; la struttura è fatiscente, mattonelle rotte, maniglie delle porte rotte, stendino tutto rotto, non c’era nemmeno un canovaccio x la cucina, niente mollette x i panni, si trova al 4’ piano senza ascensore e non veniva specificato al momento della prenotazione. Lo staff non ha risolto il problema della tassa di soggiorno. L’appartamento non viene curato per niente, basterebbero piccole accortezze, come anche la presenza di una semplice scopa x pulire. Più che un appartamento era gestito come un ostello… che x altro è proprio la struttura principale (un ostello) a gestire il tutto. Sinceramente abbiamo pagato troppo per tutto quello che mancava e x la noncuranza dell’appartamento. Ma la posizione era eccellente

The location, it was central, so there was a lot of choice in the vicinity.

Cons:

We were not aware that we were on the fourth floor, there were no lifts and no outside space until the night before we arrived . We were a party of 7 including three young children. The photographs on booking.com gave us the wrong impression.
One of the showers only ran cold and there was insufficient bedding for the sofa bed.

Non ci ritornerei
Pros:

Non avevamo colazione inclusa, luogo della reception non il top, frequentato da persone strane
Posizione ottima direttamente sulla ramba ma purtroppo dal lato sbagliato di essa (alle spalle il Raval, quartiere poco raccomandato soprattutto di sera)

Cons:

Acqua fredda, tv non funzionante, piano cottura spaccato, scale super ripide e stancanti (4 piani sembravano 10), pavimento in casa e nel palazzo dissestato, in acuni punti rotto addirittura
Letti piccoli, non matrimoniali ma una piazza e mezza
Inoltre arrivando in anticipo abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile usufruire già dell'appartamento ma ci é stato detto fosse possibile dalle 15, nonostante ciò alle 15 l'appartamento non risultava ancora pronto per cui abbiamo dovuto poggiare i bagagli e andare via a causa delle pulizie ancora in corso!
