Пішли на зустріч щодо раннього заїзду, доглянута будівля, чудове місце розташування, легкий доступ до помешкання. Є фен, одноразовий набір для кухні, посудомийки, прання, посуд, вода у холодильнику, чиста постіль та гарні матраци, праска та дошка для прасування. Клімат контроль. Ліфт новий та працює. Доступне прибирання, чудова комунікація.

Cons:

Потребує легкого косметичного ремонту, але нічого критичного і це нормально для такого завантаження. Щодо шуму з вулиці - трохи чути у головній спальні через старі вікна, але це одне з найпопулярніших міст Європи, тож не критично. Все ж таки, ви не у готелі, який коштуватиме значно дорожче.

Very spacious, clean and well-maintained apartment, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants.
Pros:

It's very much as what described in Booking.com.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well maintained. There are several supermarkets and numerous restaurants (serving the local food) nearby the property. Besides, there are buses right outside of the property building gate and lead to Barcelona Airport.

In any case, we really enjoyed our stay.

Le quartier arboré et propre. L'accès a 2 lignes de métro a 5 minutes et le bus devant la porte.
L'immeuble est bien sécurisé, des magasins d'alimentation au pied de l'appartement, il y a tout juste ce qu'il faut en équipement si on prend majoritairement les repas en extérieur

Cons:

On entend vraiment beaucoup les bruits de la rue mais c'est le cas un peu partout dans barcelone.
La chambre avec les 2 petits lits ainsi que la cuisine sont borgnes : une lucarne seulement qui donne sur une cours intérieur donc pas de lumière.

The 11am checkout felt a bit early, and there was noticeable street noise in the main bedroom at night despite the windows being closed.
